Loved the spacious room, it was a breath of fresh air! Everything was sparkling clean, which is always a plus. The only downside? That AC could drown out a symphony! It made it a little hard to relax, especially at night. Overall though, a really nice stay.

It was nice to stay here again without all the covid restrictions that we had last time, the hot breakfast was awesome so much to choose from much better than the brown bag during the whole pandemic will definitely be back

Because Trip Advisor recommend as #1 best value in Medford and because their website said “pet friendly” I reserved. At check-in found out that they wanted $85 extra for a pet fee for our 10 hour stay (only $105 for my wife and me - such a deal). Second surprise was that the elevator to our floor did not work, so we carried our bags using stairs. Third surprise was no internet. Last surprise was their version of the customary “free” breakfast was $16.95/person. To sum up, poor management, no empathy, incompetent staff, and we felt scammed. Won’t ever return, and have lost faith in Hilton and Trip Advisor.

Great hotel - clean, comfortable & staff great. Room was one of best we have stayed in & great selection of food, drinks, etc in tuck shop. Also the location to restaurants, etc was great. Our only concern when we arrived were the number of homeless in the area, and being located next to Cracker Barrel there were lots of overnight cars & motorhomes in the lot next door. We felt uneasy overnight, however our vehicle & belongings were safe.

Nice clean very quiet established next to DQ and more fast food/ restaurant within walking distances. Rooms are well laid out. Plenty of outlets, up to date tv that has HDMI as I brought my Xbox, laptop and printer. The road is close but you don’t hear the noise at night or if you have the tv on during the day. Overall, I’ll stay here again. Nice people as well. Also, they have military discount that I used.

KKimberly EStayed here the Friday night before a volleyball tournament. The staff were so welcoming and treated the girls team amazing. Normally on Saturday the complimentary breakfast doesn’t open until 7 and we would miss it due to having to be at the gym before that time. Robert and Kathy came in early and had breakfast ready for us by 6:30. The girls were all able to fill their bellies with good food before off to a long day of play. Thank you again for all the wonderful special treatment. Kudos to all working there!

PPengguna TetamuEasy check-in, friendly staff. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Plenty of pillows and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaints were the tv - the sound was tinny and annoying and the noisy, obnoxious light in the bathroom. Hint - use the timed heat lamp and avoid the buzz. Extra compliments to our server, Jessica, at The Grill restaurant, who went out of her way to make our dining experiences special.

This hotel was randomly selected while driving to Eugene. Newly renovated just last year, all the room amenities are brand new and modern. With only a few rooms available, it's highly recommended to reserve in advance. The entire hotel is set up like a small estate, where you can park your car right in front of your room.
The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing us with very useful information and great recommendations. If we have the chance to visit Medford again, we would definitely choose City Center as our top-of-mind accommodation.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is in a very nice location. I have pros and cons. The hotel hallways have an old smell and doors and frames need new face by refurbishing. But courtyard is very nice and breakfast was excellent. In sum, this hotel needs major remodeling by changing carpet, doors and frames refurbishing, and paint.

Ssumpep97I was here with a friend in March and we really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast buffet was great. We really appreciated the front desk staff and their hospitality. The property was also very clean- the rooms, as well as the common areas. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a nice plus that DQ is in the neighboring parking lot as well as a taco place across the street.

PPengguna TetamuWhile on a road trip, we stopped in Ashland, OR at this hotel. Customer service was super - even though it was around 11 pm. Our receptionist, Tiffany, offered us the lowest rate with my veteran discount. She explained where our room was and some of the other really neat shops and restaurants in town. And what a great attitude and enthusiasm! The parking lot was very full at this time and Tiffany moved her own car so we could have her parking spot. The hotel was well kept, very clean and in a lovely location. Our room was spacious and clean and no odors. Continental breakfast in the morning was also good. Upon checking out around 11 am, we met Isaiah at the front desk who was as equally friendly and helpful as Tiffany. Please commend these two individuals for having such a great attitude and personality and being so eager to assist two Veterans. We felt welcome and comfortable.

PPengguna TetamuThis Best Western is in White City, it is NOT in Medford. It's an decent enough property, but the description is somewhat misleading. It is also in kind of a food desert - not much opportunity to eat nearby. There's a restaurant next door called The Apple Peddler, but you'd be much better off avoiding it. There are some pizza places and a very nice Starbucks across the street. Otherwise, it's a newish Best Western and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and the rate was OK.
