Hotel terbaik di Jersey City

I'm happy to stay on this hotel, their room is clean, quiet and comfort, closed to everywhere, but I didn't receive my deposit money after check out from this hotel. They didn't refund my deposit money, they said money will transfer back automatically to my bank account. They said need 5-6 days working days for process to get back my deposit money but till now since I left from the hotel 2 weeks already, still didn't get refund for my deposit money. Thank you.

Se viaggiate con bambini ricordate di avvisare di preparare il letto. La colazione può essere molto affollata, purtroppo poca varietà di scelta. Posizione molto comoda ad un passo dalla Path e vicina e molti locali. Fantastica la vista sullo skyline di New York.

酒店地理位置很好，酒店比較新，屬於公寓型，有洗碗機，微波爐，電爐可以做飯、餐具也齊全。樓下就是地鐵站，可以直接搭乘去到曼哈頓中心。旁邊有一個停車場，停車費比較貴，好在方便就在隔壁。酒店的早餐不是很豐富，但也能吃飽， 偶爾吃個一兩次也還行，

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and 8 year old boy. So the usual debate, do you pay a much higher price to stay in Manhattan or do you save the money on the hotel and stay at Jersey side? We decided on the latter as it was the holidays and we were planning to drive into Manhattan. (as it was near Christmas/weekend) we manage to find free parking on the streets sometimes... Room itself was sufficient and had a good view of Manhattan. The roads are always busy in and out of Manhattan so do take note. Overall a good stay. Hotel Room: 4 Stars (Overall a comfortable room) Room View: 3 Stars (Good view of a building & Manhattan) Service of Staff: 3 Stars (Standard service, self help with luggage) Lounges/Restaurants: 3 Stars (Average breakfast) Room Service: NA Location: 4 Stars (Relatively quick drive to Manhattan)

Path station 1~2분 거리에 위치 좋고 새로 지은 건물이라 깔끔합니다 room 크기도 큰 편이구요 그런데ᆢ 직원들 서비스 정말 엉망입니다 오후 2시에 호텔 도착했는데 4시 15분까지 로비에서 기다렸어요(3시 check in) 다른 투숙객들도 다 로비에서 계속 기다리게 했구요 사과도 없었구요 보통 가족이라 일행들이 같이 사용하는 connecting room 을 줘서 밤 늦게까지 옆방 이야기 소리ㆍ먹는 소리ㆍ전화소리ㆍTV소리 때문에 잠을 못 잤어요 5회이상 complain을 한 후에야 다음날 방을 바꿔줬어요 다시는 가지 않겠습니다 데스크 직원들 최악입니다

My girlfriend flew in from Texas to DC and we drove up to the city and have had such an amazing time. Anthony was there to check us in and accommodate us during our stay. The hotel was extremely clean and the smell of the building was fresh. I will definitely recommend this hotel and plan another trip.

Overall the hotel is clean and accommodating for both business and pleasure. However, by the second night the springs within the mattress continued to poke my body as I slept causing me pain and discomfort throughout the entirety of my stay. Secondly, the hotel gym was not clean. Dirty used towels were left hanging around and equipment not clean and/or stored in their place.

Great location near PATH for direct trains to Manhattan, quick and easy check in, with clean room and sufficient amenities.

Everything was good here, convenient place to stay. Friendly check-in and the room is quite big.

On the 28th March 2023 we booked a 5-night stay. We booked a Queen Deluxe Suite for our family. We paid special attention to the amenities that came with this suite and was particularly impressed with the fact that the room came with a balcony, a tub in the bathroom and a fully fitted kitchenette. It was also advertised as being sound proof. We were given a room that was street level so there was no balcony just a small dank and dark outside space. The room had virtually no natural light so we always had to have the lights turned on. The room did not have a bath tub - just a wet room with a shower. The room was not soundproofed at all. As we were on the ground floor, we heard everyone leaving and entering the hotel, going up and down in the lift, as well as having conversations in the corridor and foyer at all times of the day and night. There was music playing constantly in the foyer which we had to ask to be turned off every evening in order for my son to be able to sleep. We could hear the noise of the traffic throughout the night. There was no safety deposit - so we had to carry our valuables with us all the time. The utensils, crockery, and cutlery provided in the kitchenette were appalling. The plates were mismatched, the knives and forks were sparse. There were no cooking/oven trays - plus no basic everyday kitchenware. It was abysmal. There was no dining table as advertised just a desk with one chair. Our son had to eat at the desk, and we had to eat on our laps. The following day, we reported our concerns to the front desk and were told that another room would be available the next day. We were told to pack our belongings and asked to wait for 3hrs. The room that we were offered was not a Queen Deluxe Studio but as we later discovered, a Standard Studio. It was much smaller, had a smaller sofa bed which would not have been appropriate for our teenage son. It was also in a state of disrepair - exposed wires and scuffed walls. We had no choice but to refuse the sub-standard room so then had to spend time again unpacking. When we were leaving, we expressed how disappointed we were with our stay and pointed out all of the above to the front desk. We also made it clear that we felt that no solutions had been offered to try and resolve our concerns. The reaction of the member of staff was 'lukewarm' disinterest. We wrote a very detailed email to the company describing our experience and they point blank refused to engage with us. We were very, very disappointed in the accommodation and the attitude of the staff and owner – we’re not sure if this is because they have an issue with either our gender or race. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BOOK A STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
