Saya tinggal di sini setiap kali saya datang. Ia sangat mudah dan dekat dengan Disney dan mudah. Terdapat tempat letak kereta.
🔔Perkhidmatan: Jenis bilik besar, hiasan mewah, bersih dan bersih, keadaan baik, perkhidmatan memuaskan. Keseluruhan hotel berasa baik dan saya menyukainya. Kedai lapangan terbang tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan jemput, jadi saya berasa agak kehilangan dan menyesal

#好評#對酒店氣味，房內採光，房間大小滿意；酒店很干净，比较新的酒店，设施虽然比较简单，但总体还是很不错。遗憾的是我们预定的是无早餐的。晚上在酒店门口的棕榈树上发现了浣熊，也经常能看到小松鼠。

Once again, we've continued our tradition of visiting the Grand Floridian several times, during our December Orlando stay. After a comfortable meal at the Grand Floridian Cafe (see separate review); we enjoy immersing ourselves in the resort's Victorian ambiance. We walk the grounds, view the landscaping, architecture and seasonal decorations, sit/relax as desired; and sometimes rent a pontoon, to experience the shoreline and waters. We then return to the lobby, and continue to marvel at the spectacular gingerbread house, and towering Xmas tree; all accentuated with an almost endless parade of fascinating humanity. We will usually listen to several sets of music from the lobby pianist (especially appreciated, if performed by the amazing Wes Hamrick). And, of course, the afternoon/early evening wouldn't be complete without indulging in a tasty Mickey's premium ice-cream bar. All and all; spending several days at the Grand Floridian throughout our 3/4 weeks in the area; is one of the primary incentives for our Orlando visits.

We pulled up to check in and were greeted by the valet guys. They were very helpful with directions to self parking the cars. Check in was a breeze, rooms were clean and well sanitized. No problems the entire weekend at hotel. Walking distance to Disney springs felt very safe the entire time. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We stayed for 4 nights over New Years at this resort. Riverside is a lovely, quiet, and relaxed resort. Ol' Man Island pool was heated and fun, chairs get taken right away though. You can take a boat to Disney Springs which is great, but after 8 pm the boats split btwn French Quarter and Riverside so be prepared to wait for a boat for a while. They don't run as often. We were in building 25 Alligator Bayou which is close to the West Depot shuttle bus. West Depot you are the first pickup so you will get a seat on the bus to the theme parks and the first drop off when you return to Riverside after a long day of walking miles and miles at the time parks. Parking is complimentary at Disney resorts if you drove to Disney. We would stay here again if we were to go back to Disney. Unfortunately, the crowds and the fact you have to pay extra for Lightning Lane passes on top of the already expensive theme parks tickets to avoid waiting in a 120 min line jaded our experience. We did come here at one of the busiest times of the year and had a great time, but it's not what it used to be like in the 80s and 90s. The amount of people in the parks makes it unenjoyable.

Kedua-dua kakitangan yang saya temui adalah ramah dan membantu. Mereka dapat memenuhi permintaan saya untuk bilik tingkat tinggi. Sebahagian besar biliknya bersih. Beberapa perabot berdebu seolah-olah mereka belum dibersihkan sebentar. Saya suka ruang duduk yang berasingan, dan balkoni. Pemandangannya sangat mengagumkan. Ia terletak di pusat hampir semua perkara. Sangat dekat dengan Disney. Secara keseluruhan saya akan mengesyorkan tinggal di sini.

I had a prepaid booking.
They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status.
We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.
Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.
Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment.
We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error”
The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.
The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.
I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing.
You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.
Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

This is absolutely the best hotel around. From the time we were checked in and our names were “known” we were greeted any time we entered or left the building. They were extremely helpful. The rooms were squeaky clean.
I have definitely found my new place to stay when Orlando.

All star movies was great for my little girls, your fully immersed in a Disney resort with plenty to see and do. My girls especially loved the toy story building where we were staying. You can also walk to and explore all star music and all star sports
