Hey, let me tell you how awesome Caden is at the Courtyard Orlando Lake Mary/North Lake Mary. Caden took my call a couple days before Hurricane Milton hit Orlando; got me squared away for a hotel room to keep my family safe; REMEMBERED me when I checked in a day or so later (recognized the name and everything); AND, was on point with help the whole time we stayed. He even personally took care of our linens when housekeeping forgot to deliver them (although I think they were short-handed because of the storm, which is understandable). The hotel staff was feeling a bit overwhelmed with folks escaping the storm, but Caden was cool as a cucumber. Thank you Sir for helping ease some very worried minds during that storm! Another very quick shout-out to the ladies working the bistro on Wednesday evening. Thank you for your patience with us weary travelers; and for some great mixed drinks to help take a little bit of that storm ”edge” off. A+ all around.

For starters, Josh was truly amazing, 10/10 person! He was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me navigate through some concerns and questions I had regarding check in and questions about the area! I forget the name of the lady that was also working the front desk around evening time but she was amazing too! The staff in general made you feel very welcome! The room keepers were very nice and polite as well! Having read reviews before my visit, I was a little scared of what everyone had to say, but I can now comfortably say that everything in previous reviews have been fixed and addressed! The hotel itself was very beautiful. The room was bigger than expected and the beds were very plush and comfortable. The room I stayed in (and I assume all rooms) had a mini kitchen! Literally felt like being at home. My mother is always very skeptical of hotels and she agreed with me when I told her this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was great and had the classic waffle machines as well as hot items such as cheese omelettes and sausages, assorted breads, snacks, fruits, cereal, yogurts, and other common breakfast items. I will 100% be back to this hotel on my next trip to Orlando!

I was their attending a weeding the rooms were very clean amenities were also on point clean and relaxing it welt like a home away from home from Gabby,Janez and Pedro in the front seat with 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service as well as Evans breakfast attendant was really cool and pleasant.. and how can I forget about Tasha the bartender she was great to talk to and made me a fantastic margarita..I would recommend this Hilton if you need to stay in the lake Mary area they get 5 star quality of professionalism and made me feel like home for my 4 day stay... Thank you

I would like to update my review for the Westin Lake Mary, which previously had been satisfactory. It is no longer satisfactory. The Westin has joined the growing list of hotels which find it acceptable to dispense with the Housekeeping staff. I’m not clear whether this policy exists only on weekends, but it is appalling nonetheless. For some bizarre reason, the Westin told us when we checked in for the weekend that the room wouldn’t be cleaned until we checked out…..seriously?! Thank you Westin for blaming it on the pandemic….aren’t there enough things being blamed on the pandemic? Do we really need to invent more? We begged and begged the front desk, but to no avail. I even told them that they’d get a poor review because of this. They didn’t care. Apparently, the housekeeping staff has been drastically reduced. Why? Who knows? One would think that during a pandemic, there would be extra employees on staff in order to help keep things sanitized. Mind you, our nightly room rate was not at all reduced for this lack of essential service. Nor did it matter that I have been a Marriott/Westin Rewards member for at least the past 30 years. To be clear, our nightly rate was close to $200 per night….equal to or even exceeding what it was before they stopped providing essential cleaning services. Am I the only one who doesn’t to pay $200 per night, only to live with empty pizza boxes and wet towels on the floor inside and outside the rooms? This hotel was basically average before this so-called no-cleaning policy was established. Now it has plummeted to poor.

Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!
