We stayed for the first time , 5 nights for Syracuse Family weekend. It was a nice average hotel. Good place to stay for maybe 1-2 nights. The staff was extremely friendly and service was attentive. They offer ok breakfast for $15 and there is attached ”bar and grill” that has live band in evenings (cover charge). You still need to drive for restaurants and retail. With that said there are a few things that could improve to make me return. The dated hallways and elevators need upgrading and better ventilation . The hallways are extremely stifling and dark ; the elevators smell of smokers and had sticky floors . Also the rooms need updating . Even tho we had a larger room with sitting area and mini kitchen , the room was dated. The tile floors needed a good scrub and carpet could have used a shampoo to remove noticeable spots. Again the staff and service was very good but the hotel itself could improve by making the rooms, hallways, elevator more updated and comfortable.

Second stay at this well situated hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent kitchen facilities. Good breakfast included in our price. A short walk to Albert Dock and all the facilities there. Parking available both on site and nearby public multi-storey. Warm welcome from all staff we encountered.

Tempat yang bagus tetapi tiada sarapan pagi, terima kasih kepada Covid-19. Kami tinggal di sana dua kali dalam 2 minggu dan akan melakukannya lagi.

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Syracuse. Due to it being graduation weekend we paid a premium price. The staff could not have been nicer. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast is great. The room however is worn and dated. The molding on the back of the door fell off piece by piece all weekend. The shower curtain was bent and hanging as the screws in the wall were coming out. The furniture is scratched and the decor feels like it is from the 70’s. When I mentioned my feelings to the front desk at checkout the clerk suggested I should have called for repairs however these are repairs that would take a lot of time. She mentioned the GM would call me to discuss but that never happened.

Our two night stay in this hotel was outstanding. The hotel itself was clean and our room very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the service. Every staff member from the moment we entered was welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was the usual buffet but with a few extras including a wider variety of fresh fruit, more types of bagels and herbal teas. The ladies working the buffet were excellent. They were constantly cleaning, refreshing, wiping, greeting and making your morning experience a joy. The fresh cut flowers on each table were such a lovely touch. One thing I must mention which may be more a Syracuse comment than a hotel comment is the high quality drinking water. Upon finishing the bottled water given to us as part of our welcome, I inquired at the front desk if it was safe to drink the tap water at which point they directed me to the filling station and ensured me of its safety. I was astounded by the amazing taste of the tap water. I thought it was a fluke, but at every restaurant for the duration of our stay I enjoyed the best tasting water I can remember. I had to do some research and discovered that you lucky Syracusians receive your tap water from one of the finger lakes which is the second cleanest lake in all of the USA! If you are travelling to Syracuse I highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites North.

This hotel was no frills but super clean and comfy. We stayed after a late night arrival of our flight from Italy. We parked at the hotel before we left and stayed the night upon return from our trip. The hotel even arranged for our pick up from the airport. They were all very accommodating from booking to stay, especially the night manager Sean. We are very appreciative and will definitely consider staying again for flights in the winter!

Hotel yang tidak buruk dengan kemudahan yang agak baru dan kreatif, menunjukkan suasana muda. Kos efektif, tempat letak kereta adalah percuma, McDonald's di sebelah, anda tidak perlu risau tentang kelaparan pada waktu malam. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah saiz bilik yang agak kecil berbanding dengan hotel tempatan yang serupa.
