What I liked: * Great location with restaurants within walking distance. * Quiet * Easy Parking * Fast check-in and check-out. * Professional and courteous staff * Excellent housekeeping with room well cleaned and prepared upon arrival * Cozy and spacious The only thing I would like it to be done differently is increase the hot water temperature a bit more. It was not hot enough. Poor soundproof is very common in almost all hotels in North America and Europe. But thoughtful neighbors and the hotel did a good job keeping the noise level down and managed effectively and thoughtfully, which I I appreciated. This is a decent hotel with reasonable price point.

If I could give -5 stars I would!!! I stayed at this hotel after helping my sister with her end of life process. And I stayed here for several weeks. During my stay my card was double charged for the same booking. Fortu ately this was taken care of the First time it happened. I was forced to evacuate due to the wildfires in Colorado, and I still had 2 days remaining on my stay. I was charged for the full stay that I could not complete, and I was charged the actual amount for the days that I did stay. I called the hotel and it was closed until the end of January 2022, and is still closed even now. I called their corporate office and was hung up on several times by many representatives. I was staying at a La Quinta in Loveland Colorado and the general manager there offered to help me and call the corporate office. She was hung up on multiple times also! Corporate said that they did an investigation of this and found nothing wrong! Yet I have the viable proof on my bank statements that I WAS double charged!!! I sent an email to the gm of this La Quinta and to her assistant manager, amd still not even one reply back, nor has anyone been willing to take responsibility for this!!! The gm was over worked and communicated this during my stay there. And she was even staying at the hotel to sleep. The hotel wqs really understaffed and had difficlty even emptying the trash cans which were spilling over every day and blowing trash into the parking lot. The hotel is in dire need of repairs! I sincerely wish the gm, the assistant manager and corporate would have had integrity and honesty, and done the right thing here!!!!

This is one of the nicer hotels in this part of town. Room was clean and seemed to be in good shape. Breakfast was pretty decent for this type of hotel. Staff was very nice! My room had an issue with a missing blind, so it was really bright at night. I didn't tell the front desk until the next day, because I was really tired. It was bright enough to wake me up, though, so wish I had told them about it earlier. Also, they charge $7 for parking here. It's on their web page, but it is such a money grab and something you wouldn't think of in a suburban hotel. There are other hotels without paid parking and tons of shopping centers with parking nearby. I almost rated this a 3 just because of the parking. If it wasn't for the parking charge, I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff especially Rori are exceedingly better, more professional, down to earth and kind than any other hotel in the area including Denver and Boulder. I have been choosing them for ”staycations for over 5 years and couldn't complain even if I wanted to. The breakfast especially the green chili is the best in superior. If you are looking for a low cost hotel that has the same standard as an expensive hotel. Look no further!

This is a typical HEI will the normal amenities. Everything was great for an HEI. Staff were professional, breakfast was usual HEI, location is decent depending on where you need to go. I stayed there for several nights to attend a conference in Boulder. Not a chance being on government per diem could I stay in Boulder. This HEI was convenient enough to get to the conference. There are several places to eat/drink over the Hwy 36 bridge. Would stay here again for sure.
