No complain on the hotel, clean room and very friendly people...for the money, definitely worth it...

Cons: Bit awkward to have the sink outside of the bathroom. Pros: Quick and easy check-in. Friendly front staff. Free water and infused water near front desk. Free Starbucks drip coffee provided outside bistro hours. Room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioning and heat worked well. Toothbrush and toothpaste was provided free of charge upon request. Shower gel provided smelled great. Room was spacious - lots of desk space, a big couch, another small table, a large TV, a full size mirror, 2 bedside tables equipped with charging outlets. The hotel was close to everything we needed, including a large mall. Parking was free! We would definitely stay here again.

We are Honors guests and usually don't have a lot of hiccups when traveling. This time was a bit of a challenge. After many hours of driving, we arrived at the hotel at 3:00 pm hoping to check in early. We were told our room wasn't ready and to check back in 30-90 minutes. When we checked back with the front desk at 4:30 we were told the room still wasn't ready. They apologized and gave us a gift bag with snacks and water. We hung out in the oversized lobby for another hour, intermittently checking the app on our phone to see if the room was ready. We checked with the desk again at 5:30. Still, our room wasn't ready. They gave us a coupon for a $25 coupon to use toward our dinner. Over an hour later we were told our room was ready. We were given two more gift bags along with our keys. We finally got to our room at 6:45. The staff were great. They kept us updated and were very apologetic. They explained that they were very busy that day but now I look at previous reviews and I see that I am not alone in my check-in experience. It seems to be a repeating theme. Clearly, an example of chronic understaffing. Then the next day there was more evidence. Inside the room there is a notice that says you won't have housekeeping services unless you call down to the front desk and request it. I called down to request it and was told there would be no housekeeping offered that day. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel where I was denied housekeeping service. Finally, it's a large hotel with several elevators. Only one worked. There was literally a line at the elevator of guests trying to get to their rooms. That's all the bad stuff. Here's the good stuff: It's quiet, clean and the staff is top-notch.

The hotel is quite far away from down town although it's nice hotel and some good restaurant nearby. Facility is good and they have a restaurant & bar inside, very nice. You can also find some good restaurants that not far from the hotel.

It was a last minute reservation for this hotel advertised as 2 stars. The room was noisy both because of the guest walking around in the room above at 4 am making a lot of noise which shouldn’t really be the case but this building is old and has no sound isolation. Also because of the road noise, which was terrible when the trucks pass by. You feel like you’re sleeping in the middle of the highway. The blinds hardly make the room dark. The bed looked clean, but was uncomfortable with sheets almost falling apart. The breakfast options are limited, but that’s given for this type of motel. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the US for under $100 a night and this one is close to the bottom of the list.

The whole hotel have no carpets, the hallway and room. The sound insulation is not good either can hear next room sneezing Tv sound. In the Hallway can hear people showering. The Hotel doesn't provide slippers! The front desk said a lot of people ask for the slippers.

This hotel is in a great location for day trips to Seattle. It is older, but very clean and has a decent breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and plan to stay there again. We felt very safe there.
