Hotel terbaik di Mayfield Heights

We stayed in this hotel in March 2022 and it wasn't bad at all. We had no shower gel, and no maid service but they said that was because of Covid. Okay. We just stayed there again this past weekend, for 4 nights, and the place has gone downhill a lot in 6 months. No one mentioned there was no maid service now unless you're staying a week or more. You must get your towels from the front desk. Add to that, they were still out of shower gel and we had to once again get in in a cup from the front desk. The young blond woman working the desk in the day is helpful, at least she responds and smiles when you look her way or need help. But the women at night were engrossed in their phones, never even looking up. It looks sloppy and very unprofessional. The male housekeeper in my hallway (third floor) had his hip-hop music so loud, I could still hear it once I got in my room. Our room was also across from the electrical/mechanical room so the men would talk loudly outside our door. (Note the room number 350-AVOID). Trash sat outside rooms because, once again, there was no maid service for under a week, and most of it was there my entire 4-night stay. I also made note of a plastic fork in my hallway EVERY day I was there, even AFTER housekeeping had cleaned some of the rooms for guests who had checked out. There was also trash in the elevator daily. The carpeting in the halls was dirty, too. Our room was somewhat clean, but I could write my name in the dust on the TV stand, and the kitchen needed a major cleaning, as well as the refrigerator. We needed ice but there was no ice machine, so you had to make ice in your freezer. The pillows smelled of oily hair, which was a huge turn-off. And our room description said we had a ”recliner” but we had a sofa with a lounge side. Big difference. Of course the frosting on the cake was the fire alarm going off on Sunday morning because someone down our hall didn't know how long to pop popcorn. SMH This hotel is drastically, and I mean DRASTICALLY overpriced at $133-151 a night. I would say $59 TOPS would be the max, once I got a peek at the place. Anyway, I would strongly urge you to avoid this place and seek one of the hotels in Beachwood off Chagrin Blvd. That's where we'll be on our next visit.

Enjoyed my stay. Hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Also the entire hotel had a very nice scent. Did not eat breakfast.

I cannot say enough excellent things about this hotel and their staff. The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, welcoming, and accessible to many places in Cleveland. The staff, in particular, Austin Dunn the General Manager and Chelsea the Assistant Manager are extremely helpful, personable, kind and accommodating. However, it doesn’t stop there, the people who check you in and the cleaning staff are also top notch. An extra benefit is the restaurant Alfredo’s, which is high quality and right in the hotel. We thank all of you for our stay.

Employees very nice but it’s apparent the hotel hasn’t been updated or maintained that well since it was built in 2008. Room furniture well-loved. Room door closer so heavy I could imagine an elderly person or child not being able to muscle-open the door from the inside. I don’t typically use the hotel room TV but noticed it was comically small and sure enough it’s because it was manufactured in 2008. So no streaming if you wanted to use it. Pool room very dingy, pool had stuff floating in it, and hot tub appears to have been out of device for a while. Gym dumbbell rack missing all dumbbells. Fancy outside foundation near the entrance was not in operation either but had a nice pair of mens pants adorning it next to the overflowing cigarette trash can. It was a pleasant enough stay and was probably a lovely facility when it first opened, but it’s currently not up to Hilton Garden Inn standards.

Hilton hotels are my usual go to place to stay…you can’t go wrong. This location was no exception. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast options. As with most places I stay these days when traveling, I would love if Hilton hotels would go back to firmer pillows. The industry in general seems to have decided everyone prefers a soft, fake goose down pillow. Personally, I feel like I am going to suffocate during the night and have difficulty sleeping on one The above is not a negative for this location, just the industry. I recommend this location and would stay here again.

This hotel was so nice and the lady Sierra at the front desk was lovely. We stayed in a suite. It had a living room area with bathroom and shower and a separate bedroom with another bathroom and shower. It was very quiet. Would stay here again and the Indigo was awesome

Bilik-bilik adalah sangat luas dan mempunyai rasa yang sangat moden/mewah kepada mereka! (Tidak boleh cukup menekankan betapa tidak ada apa-apa yang setanding atau sebagus itu sebagai tempat ini... *& Saya telah pergi ke BANYAK hotel semasa saya mengembara untuk kerjaya saya.) - Bilik ditutup setiap hari selepas proses sanitasi/pembersihan (jelas sangat teliti). - Kakitangan sangat mengalu-alukan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, begitu juga dengan pembantu rumah di tingkat empat, setiap hari; mereka semua mempunyai senyuman di wajah mereka dan sebenarnya terlibat dalam lebih daripada kata-kata kotor budaya perniagaan... Keburukan: Saya tidak boleh membeli suite king sebagai apartmen dan tinggal di sini. Saya mahu tinggal di sini tetapi ini hotel, bukan apartmen.. Saya perlu pulang dan meninggalkan tempat yang fantastik-selesa-comel-cantik-bahagia ini.

Great value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out.
