PPengguna TetamuWill definitely be returning to The Ritz Carlton, South Beach. Upon entering the hotel everything seemed super clean and I was greeted with a glass of champagne. I had a fabulous experience at the beach. A few names of the Excellent staff that made the day perfection: Murex, Jacque, Nerlens, Jefferey, and Daril. My group and I were helped to find a great spot on the beach, the food and drinks were amazing. This group of staff checked on my friends and I to make sure all was well. Will hopefully be coming back soon!

JJoshuaI flew into Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport for just 2 nights. Came in for a dive trip out of Harpoon Lagoon (which I totally recommend as a top dive shop and charter site) out of Miami. Found this hotel accidentally and completely and totally recommend to anyone. First I want to say the location of the hotel was perfect. 30 - 40 min from the Fort Lauderdale Airport there is not need to pay more and fly directly into Miami. A quick Lyft and you arrive at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located. It is walking distance from the beach and definitely Miami Vibe; however, the hotel is located in an area where you can feel the vibe without being in the middle of riff raff. The hotel is a hostel hybrid type. You can rent a bungalow for a say 5 or six or 1 room. I traveled alone so I stayed in a King room in the guest house. The room and facility was excellently clean, friendly, beautiful and I would describe it romantic in ways. It has a restaurant that is right next to the pool. Fabolous full bar and excellent service with very reasonable price for the area. The atmosphere fits just about anyone. You have at night a very up class nicely night life dressed group and also those literally there in bathing suits at the pool. Very unique and very awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. My stay was 2 nights and it was so worth it. I recommend this hotel to anyone and cant wait to bring my girlfriend next time for the experience and romantic atmosphere.

AAbdulellahReally nice staff. However, the hotel itself is very old to be in business. I had stains in my room and molds all over the place. And had to change rooms three times for broken A/C and elevator is out as well. The staff are nice and trying their best but the building need some attention

4425djibyfGreat stay I have a great time with family at this property and checking was very smooth and property is clean and quiet. I would like to thanks Front desk team at checking Ekatra (if I remember correctly). My kids enjoyed the iguanas by the pool. Breakfast was good and shoutout to Daisy who took care of us very nice and helpful for both days. Finally, Gloria from the Starbucks coffee was very helpful too to get some snacks. Overall we had a great time and the entire crew was great.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The day we arrived (Oct. 8th) the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The countertops and stove in the kitchen had not been cleaned. As we continued to get settled into the room we hear the air conditioned come on. OMG!! The air-conditioning unit in the room was so loud it sounded like an industrial engine in a factory. It woke us up every night so needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. To add insult to injury, while trying to sleep I felt something on my head. Thinking it was a roach I jumped up and turned on the lights only to realize it was the “pleather” headboard that was peeling and falling on my head. The worst part about it all was the lack of response from the hotel staff including the Manager, Jose Pita. I immediately addressed my concerns with the front desk clerk the night we arrived and asked for another room as this room was not satisfactory at all. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t help me and that I would need to speak with someone in the morning. I waited until the following morning to address my concerns with the next person on duty. That young lady (Ruth) was the only pleasant person at the hotel. She stated she would have someone check out the AC unit in our room and if it couldn’t be repaired she would move us to another room. I explained we would be out the entire day and would return around 5pm that afternoon which she replied, “no problem”. As we returned from our day of exploring Miami I approached the young lady at the desk (her name was Hynah) to inform her of the conversation I had with Ruth and she proceeds to tell me that they would not be moving our room as Ruth had stated. She said “All the AC units sound like that”. When I asked to speak to the Manager she told me he wasn’t there so I asked for his email address. I sent the Manager (Jose Pita) a lengthy email detailing my experience in an effort to see if he could resolve the issues at hand for a paying customer. I never received a response from Mr. Pita. As someone who is a Corporate Exec in the hospitality industry and stays at hotels 150+ nights a year across the gulf south region this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this a ZERO I would. I am going to make sure I let all of my colleagues and contacts know never to stay at this hotel EVER!!

LLucho RodriguezI can confidently give this dog-friendly hotel a well-deserved five-star rating, as our experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay.
Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start.
Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music.
The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

LLINCOLN HANOOMANYOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!
so I was very content and more than happy with the service because it was fully bilingual, and the layout served my tourist imagination well, because it was a motel with a pool to me — just like I've seen in so many movies! 🎥 🍿 It is also VERY honest, 2 STARS ⭐️ 🌟 🤩 , that means cheap and cheerful 😀 . As we all know the star system is very much a DIY system and I've stayed in 4 star places with equivalent service as Days Inn.
So why do I keep coming back here, besides being broke the location is great which is why I gave extra point. Lovely coffee, creole breakfast, snacks etc are just down the road - I simply stretch my legs for a few minutes to get to them, so food access was a biggy to me. And, the other thing I really like about this place is the clientel! Interesting people to me, some folks say 'getto' but they mean 'working class' which is the majority of us (since 2008 😏).
And finally, remember Miami is in the USA not China or Ecuador which means if you want a more up market place, that's great but know you must pay American prices!!!
