Bilik pertama kami berada di dalam kotor mempunyai sampah masih di bawah katil seperti mereka hanya membersihkan apa yang mereka fikir orang akan melihat dan ia juga mempunyai rambut di dalam tab masih smh... jadi kami telah Beralih ke bilik lain dan ia juga kotor. kerusi mempunyai Cheerios lama dan permaidani seperti melekit Saya terpaksa memakai selipar saya smh tetapi perkhidmatannya bagus mereka sangat menyesal mengenainya tetapi ya saya harap saya mengambil gambar

Checked in with my sister. I was given a room, one set of towels, ironing board, no iron, no coffee machine, no refrig. overhead light was out, the closet didn't have a bar to hang anything on. Haydee Rodriquez came to the rescue. She arranged to have our room changed and it was soooo much better.

The service at reception is wonderful, as well as with hotel and gym staff. The amenities are fantastic: very spacious gym, saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, and full golf course. Wish I could have stayed for more nights! I will definitely return.

There was a huge fight and the cops were called and my car almost got hit. I left that night at about 11-12 at night and had to drive all the way home 3 hrs away. My family and I were not safe. The woman that was working even locked the doors for her safety! She said she will refund the money but another guy is now saying no. The room had moldy showers and holes in walls and nothing was ok or good about the hotel.

Very clean, check-in smooth, breakfast yummy! All around great stay!!!!

Dear Mayflower Inn Team, I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback following our recent stay at the Mayflower Inn. While we truly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and appreciated how conveniently close it is to Greenwich, there are a few areas where we felt improvements could enhance the guest experience: Mattress in Room 23 (Main House): The bed in our room was uncomfortable and feels due for a replacement. Given the nightly rate, a more supportive and comfortable mattress would align better with expectations for a luxury property like yours. Celebratory Ambiance in the Tap Room: We dined in the Tap Room to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and while the service was fine, the experience lacked the special, celebratory touch we had hoped for. Perhaps it’s due to the casual setting or overall ambiance, but small gestures or enhancements for special occasions would make a big difference. Room Insulation: The sound insulation in the Main House could be improved. Unfortunately, we could hear everything around us, which detracted from the serene environment the Mayflower Inn is known for. As you look to renovate the Main House, this could be a key area to prioritize. That said, we continue to love the charming and cozy vibes of the Mayflower Inn, and its location is perfect for a quick escape from Greenwich. Room 203 smelt like saturated urine on the bed. Room was renovated but smelt very bad. Went to desk and let manager know that it smelt at first she wanted to give me powder for smell. Manager changed Rm to 213 which bed had springs coming out the bed was not able to sleep, had kids running all thru the room upstairs at all times ofthe night Back door slamming. Hallway smelt really bad piss smell of the fragrance pulg in hallway and the dirty odor of piss. I have stayed there plenty of times In the last month and half and this was the worst experience I have had. They stated they would change Room and stated that she had no more when I did pay for a king size room. I like the place it self but this time was the worst of the worst. I understand that it's a hotel but it should at least got a halfway decent stay this time got no rest and more irritated. I'll have to look for something else now.
