Having stayed in a couple of hotels that were expensive on the way to Boston (but were hugely disappointing) I couldn't spend hundreds on another night and feel the room wasn't clean, was tired/dated and yucky. So coming into Boston, I struggled to find a hotel that was really nice for less than $500 per night.
The Encore was one of the best value places I could find and so reluctantly, I booked. I am so thrilled I did. It felt like incredible value for what we got and a real treat after being on the road for a few days in very average places. It was clean, large, well considered and was a fun place for us to lay our heads for the night. We didn't take part in the ****** (I didn't realise it was a ******) but we had a fun dinner and enjoyed the property the next day too. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuVery clean rooms, comfortable bed/pillows, centrally located. Starbucks 0.4 miles down the road! 100% recommend. For the price you cannot beat it, being this close to Boston. We typically pay up for nicer hotels because we are germaphobes and cannot handle dirty/super outdated rooms. This was the only hotel that had a room at 2am after we dropped off our dog at Mass Vet, and it was such a nice surprise. Didn’t need to cover the pillow with a t-shirt and the bathroom was also very nice and seemed to have been recently updated. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

PPengguna TetamuTraditional Residence Inn - location on ****nal Road is great - close to ****nal Yards shopping area; about 20-25 minute ride into Boston proper. Very clean, newer hotel, breakfast was excellent, staff very nice. My only negative comments are to the parking which is extremely overpriced ($28 per day) in an unprotected lot which is crowded most of the time and their parking extends into a further lot with a longer walk to hotel entrance. My second negative comment refers to the shower - bathroom is large, however, half glass wall shower makes it hard to warm up inside the shower and the shower itself has very low water pressure. I asked upon checkout about that and was told next time to call maintenance and perhaps they can remove the ”water saver” feature. Other than those 2 minor complaints, I would absolutely stay again and would recommend to others. Price point is very fair.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was perfect about our stay from fulfilling our request for a higher floor room with a view, to the breakfast staff meeting our request for a ”hot” vegetarian item. We were leaving at about 5am on the final day and the breakfast doesn't open until 6:30am/7am, but the staff was very nice enough for us to let us pick a few bakery and refrigerated items for to go that early morning. The room was VERY spacious with a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. It was very helpful for the Uber Eats delivery we had one of the nights as we could eat in the ”real” plates and use the silverware. We put the left overs in the fridge. The entire staff of the hotel was very respectful and ever smiling. Having a Starbucks attached to the hotel was great and the exit thru the Starbucks to the parking garage was super convenient.

Jjenniferzly優點：免費早餐質量尚可，可免費停車，對面就有CVS和一家不錯的飯店。
缺點： 1）酒店付費洗衣房一直鎖着門説設施壞了，入住一週也沒修好，積攢了一堆待洗的衣服。 2）給我們房間在一樓，一週白天晚上都衹能拉着窗簾，因為窗外經常有路人。3）入住後立即發現淋浴花灑水壓很小，前台説要第二天才能派人來維修，還説一樓經常有水壓小的問題，要求換房，被告知房間都訂出去了無房可換。4）第三晚發現沐浴露用完，前台説要等第二天上班後派人來加，結果等了一天也沒人來處理。再後一天我直接叫來樓面的客房清潔員工來加沐浴露，她不會英語又不會換沐浴露，等到很晚才過來換好。
總之，酒店前台態度還算可以，就是基本不幫客人解決任何問題。以後不會再入住這家酒店，國內五星的收費、三星的設施、一星的服務。

PPengguna TetamuThey unilaterally preauthorize pet cleaning fees for service animals in violation of the ADA. Very shady business practice. Beginning deposit was 75, the preauthorize total became 161 approximately, or an 86 dollar arbitrary additional fee. Encourage anyone else experiencing this to contact attorney if you are disabled and discriminated against. Establishments are not allowed to impose barriers but are REQUIRED by civil law to eliminate them. I am a working professional with a service animal, smooth and consistent rules applied equally are greatly important to me to reduce hassles like these for my work to be optimal

PPengguna TetamuThis place has a perfect convenient location right off 95/128 - great for a business traveler - it's a bit older and has kind of seen better days but it's clean and neat and situated on a lake (very quiet!) and 60 seconds to nearby restaurants - Chili's nearby does a great takeout hamburger and fries...overall, I would definitely stay in this place again as it's great value for the money and so many places in the Boston area are so totally way overpriced these days...

PPengguna TetamuSo impressed with my experience at this hotel. Room is so clean, there’s a free parking garage, and it’s calm and quiet. Will definitely love to stay here again. Rooms are large and the bathroom is more than sufficient. Highly recommend it!

PPengguna TetamuCan not find a better team to serve you! ALL of them are great - Chester at the helm is wonderfully approachable and a top notch professional. Ashley, Chrystal and Sherrill (other folks' names I don't know yet, sorry) are always friendly and have a high commitment to quality service. Keep up the great work!
