Hotel terbaik di Milford

Hotel is dated with a cranky elevator. Double beds are clean and comfortable but tight for 2 persons. Shower is strong and hot. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Layout of room space is U-shaped which is a little hard to layout out luggage’s. Functional for our family of five. One of the rare rooms that can fit five. Breakfast provided.

The staff here -- Rebecca and Greg and another front desk person who unfortunately i didn't get the name of -- are all EXCELLENT. They go the extra mile. Rebecca kindly upgraded our room to a one-bedroom, and Greg schlepped to another building to get us more pillows. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine, but the real highlight was the warm helpfulness of the staff.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. While staying there for a wedding, my car was broken into and items were taken from it. Glass was shattered. When I spoke with hotel and their insurance they stated we should have parked somewhere else and that the parking lot is unsecure. This hotel's lack of security and response to this incident were extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value the safety of your vehicle and belongings and your own safety. Nicole, as the hotel manager did not support our problem and even hung up on me.

We had requested an early check-in, which somehow didn’t register. We showed up around 1230 and the ladies at the front desk especially Tahjanee We’re most helpful in making sure that we got the first room that was available until then we hung out in the lobby which was quite comfortable. Really appreciate it that they made the effort to get a handicap accessible room and close to the elevators.

Close to everything .. mall, food, train station and downtown. You can stay without a car as everything is within walking distance and it is good for a few nights.. nothing fancy but just clean and convenient

Breakfast was disappointing- there were no breakfast potatoes, no yogurt, and only instant oatmeal. Room was small, but clean and had a lot of clever places to store things. Convenient location. No pool, but good for staying overnight only.

Good experience

We were checked in by a adorable and sweet young lady, our room was spotless. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and in perfect working order. Great stay, great hotel, awesome staff. We were in Milford to visit family, so it was really nice to have great family time and then be able to go back to the hotel and relax in a really nice room. We have stayed over the years in most of the hotels in Milford and this ranks at the top. Just a great place with really nice people working there. Well lit and safe parking lot.
