The location for this hotel is convenient to the highway and near stores but that’s it ! Good hospitality at the front desk ! The neighborhood where this hotel is located is not desirable at all !! I had to sign at least 4 different documents about non refundable deposits and apt searches for people staying there I said I never checked into a hotel with all these papers I had to sign . I asked” Do people live here” ? I was told by the front desk that people do live there for several months or more. Upon arriving to my building it looked like an apartment complex that needed a good power wash and some landscaping .Most of those hotels in that area are similar with full time residents . If I would’ve known I definitely wouldn’t have booked !! When I entered the room it was clean with a full kitchen ! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom needs to be updated ! My major issue was the area where it is !! Nope I wouldn’t stay there again !

valet and bellman were promt and very friendly. check in was fast ,courteous and very pleasant. asked if there was anything we needed. there was security at the elevator to the rooms. room was very nice, comfortable and clean.
the ****** was clean, had variety of games and some we hadn't played before. everyone was friendly, staff courteous and host looked us up and gave us a gift.
we ate at the steakhouse , food was good, I would liked a little more variety but all in all was very good.
valet and checkout was a breeze. we had a very good time . was just one night , a stop over on the way to our destination.

The Jones Sisters (Mary (Birthday), Regina, Annette, Liz, and Toni) stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton, East Chase Parkway, Montgomery, AL for a Sisters’ weekend (9/20-23/24). Each staff member was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all of the amenities at Homewood Suites and we didn’t lack anything. We are so blessed to stay at Homewood Suites for over 12 years that treats us as family. Mr. Michael Modozie continues to manage a team that go the extra mile and make sure customers are pleased. We thank everyone that made our weekend another great year with great memories!

Never again. We just returned home from a three night stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Montgomery to visit family. We chose it, as Platinum Elite Bonvoy members, because it was a convenient location, and we have stayed in some very nice Courtyards around the country. Upon check in, the front desk employee could not get the credit card reader to work. After several reboots, our card had to be entered manually. We were never offered a complimentary upgrade, nor was there any discussion about points bonus. The hallway carpeting throughout was worn and filthy. The room had peeling ceilings. The room itself was damp the entire stay. The bathroom floor never dried and was slippery. The towels were still soaked the following day. We didn’t request housecleaning the second day because we slept in. We did request housecleaning; at least fresh towels the following day, but when we returned at 2:00 pm to freshen up, housekeeping still had not come. We had to track down a housekeeper and insist on towels; which she eventually did, but never emptied the two full trash cans. One of the outside doors that required a key card to open didn’t work. On a better note, the staff at the Bistro was very attentive and helpful with the one breakfast we had. This place did not meet any standards we have come to expect from a Marriott Courtyard. We will be visiting family there again, but will certainly search for a better place to stay.

PPengguna Tetamuat Alabama Shakespeare Festival and this was just 5 minutes away (by car). Small hotel, just 3 floors, small inside pool, ample free parking and nice complimentary breakfast area (6A-9A). The hotel is across the street from Waffle House and next door to Taco Bell. Around the corner is a main drag with an Aldi, pet store, Lowe's, TJMaxx, McDonald's, and lots more shopping and dining. There are a lot of small, older looking hotels in the immediate area and I was a little concerned as we were getting close. Think this place has been recently renovated. Carpet, flooring and paint are all new, fresh and modern. No safe in the room but iron/board, a large fridge, small keurig (with supplies), individually wrapped plastic cups, ice bucket and a king bed under a fluffy white comforter & bright clean sheets. Just an overnight, so didn't use the shower/tub, but bathroom was very clean, good sink for washing face & decent counter space for 2 folks' stuff. Looked like our 3rd floor window might unlock & slide open but we didn't try it. Bed was big and comfy. TV has Spectrum, which I'd never used. There was a card listing the channels but the bad part was that the (channel guide) station that showed what programs were on was a static screen that you couldn't navigate. It just showed programming on dozen channels for a few seconds then the next dozen. You just had to wait if you missed the one you were looking for, definitely not set up for you to browse, looking for something good to watch. Also, it didn't show all the channels, maybe half of them. They have all the usual stations plus about 5 HBOs, but we had to use Google to figure out exactly what Bruce Willis movie we were watching. Breakfast was good with several juices, sausage links and patties, scrambled eggs and pre-made egg white veggie omelets, biscuits and turkey gravy. Also available: cereals, oatmeal, fruit, milk, coffee, chobani yogurt, bagels, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, hot cinnamon rolls and my favorite: the 1 minute pancake machine! Self-serve area and dining was busy but kept clean by a friendly young lady. Small 'pantry' to purchase snacks (sweets, chips, popcorn, drinks) at the front desk and free ice machine. Place was all very clean but may be older. There was some rust on the bottom on the shower curtain rod and one panel on our window had white discoloration. Air was pretty cold most of the time, and again, everything was clean. *ONE NOTE: Plenty of bedside plugs (right on the tables, not down on the walls-Nice!) But, NO USB PORTS. We brought cords but husband forgot his plug so we had to share. Not a huge problem, but might affect some folks. Would definitely stay here again. Staff was quick and friendly on check in & helpful when I bought Cheetos that night. Dropped our key in a tray on the counter on our way out, nice and simple.

PPengguna TetamuI can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Karen and I believe Christine were the names of the ladies that checked me in. Our room was clean and on the ground floor which was great for me with health issues. The breakfast was premade sausage biscuits with gravy in the crockpot, fried egg, three cold cereals, bacon, 2 juices, waffles, bagels with cream cheese and travel pb, yogurt, milk. It was a nice stop after a long drive from Va to Tx. I have no complaints .

My overnight stay was perfect. My check in was fast and easy. There were carts available in the lobby to carry my luggage to the room. The room was clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection of food and beverages. Checkout was a breeze.My bill was exactly as previously quoted. The clerks at check in and check out were friendly and helpful when answering my questions or concerns. I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived about 1pm from an long drive and was scared we couldn’t check in and boom soon we walked in we get welcome to embassy how may we help you so we was like want to check in early and the lady with the short hair cut didn’t get her name but wear clear glasses was hold please and called someone and we had a room that was so amazing we was tried from a long drive when getting our keys go to the room to the room was just clean the freshness of the room sheets was warm we love it. Keep up the awesome work everyone 👌
