Fast quick check in and check out, the service was friendly while being very professional. Great price, and location. Straight shot down on Sunrise Highway to merge on to Belt Parkway and get to JFK. The room was very cleanly and the whole hotel has a great 1950s retro ambience to it. Pool maintain though we didn’t go in. Looks fun. will stay here again as I have done so before and never had a bad experience. Staff is great. Highly recommend camp beat the Location vast array of restaurants and activities on Sunrise Highway. great staff great hotel. Great price!

The staff was ever so helpful. It was a last minute request and they jumped right in it. The room was clean and well organized. The lobby area was welcoming. I wasn't thrilled with breakfast but it had good staples. Coffee was the main thing for me. Anyway, id choose this location again and again. Thank you.

We have stayed here half a dozen times and we will never be back. The pool has been closed multiple years. Our room was filthy. Couldn’t decide if it was not cleaned by housekeeping or just gross. Believe the negative reviews about this property. They are all true. Overpriced and in need of serious renovations.

As those of us who travel on Long Island know, there aren't a lot of choices for hotels. The Rockville Center Hotel is a gem and a great value. The room rates are significantly less than the other two quality hotels in Rockville Center. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Alex, one of the front desk clerks...for instance, I accidentally left my car keys near the front desk, and he figured out whose they were and called my room. And he has great recommendations for restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. (I have stayed at the hotel 3x.) The lobby and dining area are spacious. The dining area is for breakfast, which comes with your daily rate, They have an excellent continental breakfast, and each guest can get scrambled eggs (not runny!) and bacon too. They do not have a gym or pool, but they do have an arrangement with a nearby gym. The hotel is in a great location: it's on the border of Lynbrook and Rockville Center. Even though it's on Sunrise highway, it's very quiet in the hotel..very thick walls. I will be going back there in a few days. :)

Arrived late night due to flight delay. Didn't had breakfast as I left early. Deposit was taken but still didn't get any info when it will be reversed. Just was told the room need to be checked first. However I just slept there for 4 hours

I wasn't thrilled with breakfast but it had good staples. Coffee was the main thing for me. Anyway, id choose this location again and again. Thank you.

PPengguna TetamuThis was an excellent choice for my friend and me. We had a room with 2 double beds. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom shower was excellent. The hotel was very quiet. Since I have to eat gluten free, there weren't alot of choices for breakfast but the eggs, fruit and oatmeal were good. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed being able to sit in the area near the amazing fish tank and charge my phone while reading or eating. The front desk person who was on duty on Saturday morning, June 10 deserves a special shout out. My friend and I were in a serious car crash when leaving the hotel and the manager couldn't have been more kind and caring. We sat in the hotel lobby for hours collecting ourselves and figuring out transportation. Again, the desk clerk offered us water, asked if we wanted anything to eat, kept an eye on us and made us feel cared for. I am sorry I didn't get his name but he deserves to be recognized for the kindness he showed us.

PPengguna TetamuHad an overnight layover at JFK and didn’t want to just sleep in the airport. Searching for something cheaper than what is at the airport and close by that included a free shuttle to/from airport and found this place.
Shuttle service:
Not sure but runs either on the hour or every 30 mins. Called for pickup after passing customs and retrieving luggage and waited about 20 mins. Took another 25 or so minutes to get to hotel since the shuttle went to multiple terminals to pickup others. Going to the airport we signed up for the 9AM shuttle which left in a timely manner and went straight to our terminal - which took around 15 minutes with traffic.

Nothing special here. It’s a 2 star hotel. Room size was good and AC was nice and cool. Quality is what I expected for a 2 star hotel. Continental Breakfast is included: choice of 2 juices, 3 cereals, bananas, coffee, tea and 4 or so different breads.
If I had a layover at JFK again I would consider staying there again, although for the price I paid I would have expected more

PPengguna TetamuArrived late night due to flight delay. Didn't had breakfast as I left early. Deposit was taken but still didn't get any info when it will be reversed. Just was told the room need to be checked first. However I just slept there for 4 hours

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is the only one in the area so that's the only reason we booked. The first night there was a single chirp every 30 seconds. I figured a smoke alarm had a low battery. I traced it down to the room next to ours. You could hear it as soon as you got off the elevator. I asked the front desk to check on that room....and it obviously had to be empty. At about midnight and everything quiet.....except for the still chirping every 30 seconds I went back to the front desk and was told they would go up there right away and take care of it. The next morning once again I had to to to the front desk and they finally went to the room and fixed it. Later that day we purchased some soft drinks from a store and I went to get ice.....but the single ice machine was not working. The manager said it would be 45 minutes before they fixed it. A couple hours later there was an out of order sign on it, and it remains there still. Do they get some ice so guests can fill the ice buckets in the room? No. Then the TV stopped working. Not the TV itself but their satellite system. A few channels started working but still not working all day. Overall a very poor experience with this hotel.

NNathan LundmarkThe staff were great to work with and allowed me to checkout an hour later to accommodate my business meetings. The bathroom could use some maintenance as there was water staining on the walls but overall I enjoyed my stay.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for 2 days it was a delight our child enjoyed it very clean,hot showers,soft pillows,working TV,we had no issues,staff was friendly and Zaid at front desk was very helpful,we requested a toaster & coffee machine we They gave us promptly ,love the kitchenette,ample parking and safe for families to stay ,will come again thank you Beth page branch.

PPengguna TetamuI was very pleased at the comfort of the bed and additional pillows. I was glad the room had a refrigerator and coffee maker. The WiFi was great! The front desk receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. I’m so happy they had a nice Sushi Restaurant in front that was opened until 10 pm.
