PPengguna TetamuDuring my four-day stay, breakfast was not fully stocked, I didn't receive housekeeping, and I was told they did not have clean towels for two days straight. Initially, I assumed it was terrible timing. I travel a lot, and due to Covid-19, many hotels are understaffed and delayed shipment of their usual products. However, when I voiced my concern about housekeeping, the front desk staff told me that I only paid $95 per night to reserve the room despite the service being included. Based on his statement, he felt I wasn't entitled to the same services as other guests because I reserved my room at a lower rate. In addition, I am still wondering if my skin color played a role in the reason he chose to look at my billing statement instead of trying to address my concerns as a guest. His statement was inappropriate. I am still a paying guest and deserve to be treated as such. I will never return.
PPengguna TetamuThe stay in itself was good, only issue was Saturday morning when we went to breakfast we had an issue with the waffle battery. While someone was using one of the spouts we tried using the other and it would not come out. Once the other spout was no longer in use the one we were using fell off and splattered the waffle mix all over my clothes. After grabbing the attendant they removed the batter mix. It would have been great if there were a washer and dryer to have cleaned my clothes after the incident
