Hotel terbaik di Oxford

I am really having a hard time believing that the posted reviews are real. When I arrived I had a hard time opening the door. The maid was nearby and showed me how to put my foot on it to kick it open. The room was clean but very outdated. I was with a colleague and I had the inner bed. The internet was so weak I could not use my laptop my entire stay. My friend plugged her phone in the outlet by the bed. I used the lamp on the desk. We each found out the next morning the both outlets were loose and nothing charged. The bathroom outlet did not work either. I had to get an extension cord because we each only found one outlet that worked. When we returned on the second day neither of our keys worked and we had to go to the office to have them reset. We paid an exorbitant amount nearly because it was an event weekend on campus. When talking with others at our conference, we found most have much nicer rooms at a much lower price. I would not recommend this motel to anyone and I am surprised it is listed in the chamber of commerce brochure.

We booked a room for our family that was listed as ”Sleeps 5.” After we checked in at 10pm, we discovered the room only slept 4. No other rooms were available and the hotel refused to give us a roll-away. They also would not refund our $350 because we had booked through a third party travel website. We had to book at another hotel and spent over $700. Days later I called the hotel to speak with the manager and seek a refund. I was told the third party website had misrepresented the room's occupancy and this was not the hotel's error. Therefore, no refund would be issued. The manager also told me these mistakes are why you should only make a reservation via the Hampton Suites (Hilton) website. After this frustrating call, I went to the hotel's actual website where the room was also listed as accommodating 5! I called the manager back and pointed out the error was not only the third party booking site, but the hotel's website as well. This finally got the manager to take my complaint seriously. An apology was offered along with a refund. While I'm grateful for the (eventual) refund, I remain unhappy with the way my initial concern was unaddressed or blamed on the booking website. It also should not have taken hours of my time to resolve. The manager said the mistake on the hotel's website would be corrected, but as of this writing (four days later) the room is still listed as ”Sleeps 5” on the website.

I have stayed here since my daughter was a freshman and have had a good experience each time. They are responsive kind and do a great job!! I choose this hotel over others for the manager and staff and consistency!!

We visited Oxford in early December to attend commencement ceremonies at Miami University and had a terrible customer service experience at the Comfort Inn. The hotel looked nice upon arrival and the room seemed clean and of nice quality. But when it was bedtime and we climbed into the bed, two large bed bugs crawled out of the end of a bed pillow. Then, two more bed bugs emerged crawling across the sheets from area where the pillows were located. Stunned by what we were experiencing, I grabbed a zip lock bag from our luggage and collected the bugs; then took them down to the front desk to show them. The person at the front desk was apologetic about the situation, but needed to call the hotel manager for instructions on what he could do. After several minutes, we were told that he would be able to move us to another room. We moved all of our things to the 2nd room and before unpacking we looked the bed over thoroughly. In the second room we did not see bed bugs, however, there were several dead cockroaches under the bed along the wall. We showed the front desk staff this and he used his photo to either video or FaceTime the images to someone. We were then moved to a third room (a suite) and did not have any more troubles until we returned home and found that we were billed a second time. When we booked the hotel room, it was paid in advance through a third party hotel service (app). Then when we left the hotel, the hotel billed our credit card again. It took several days to straighten out the mess and get the charges credited back to our credit card. We deeply appreciated the front desk person getting us in to a safe room after several tries, but were incredibly disappointed that the hotel manager never reached out to us, apologized for the situation, or even acknowledge what had happened. Getting home to find the additional charges on our credit card was incredibly upsetting.

Courtyard Hamilton is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and professional service. In particular, I find the atmosphere highly relaxing and a great place to unwind after a busy day of travel and meetings. However, the most memorable part of my stay is always Lisa, the hotel's morning restaurant's waitress. She is very friendly and intentional to engage guests in a way that makes them feel seen and appreciated. Whether it is asking extra follow up questions about your order or following up with you during your meal, Lisa quick to go the extra mile for her customers and get their morning off to a good start.
