Hotel terbaik di Pelican Bay

A truly spectacular stay at the Ritz Carlton Naples for Thanksgiving. We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite with Club Lounge. It was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the second bedroom had two queens. Three full bathrooms with showers. Lounge access was included for four people. The Lounge experience is unlike any other ritz lounge that I have been. The food offerings are expansive and elevated. They had a raw bar with oysters and crab claws. Beef tenderloin carving station. Ceviche. And most importantly a fully stocked bar with the best bartender, Mike who makes you anything you want from scratch. The only problem is that this lounge will spoil all future lounges because no other lounge can match this experience. The service at the lounge was phenomenal. Props to Esmeralda and Mannis and Leo who made the experience flawless. The beach is lovely. Long stretch of beach for walks. There is always a beach chair and umbrella available. My only (minor) complaint is that beach food and drink service is slooooooow. Perhaps they were understaffed. Treat yourself to a sunset drink at Gumbo Limbo. It’s beautiful. Can’t wait to return!

there is no doubt that the ” inn at pelican bay ” is a truly exceptional hotel a great central location right in the middle of the most desirable places to go, free beach shuttle, all this with a very generous free breakfast, near buy shopping, and restaurants. the rooms are generous, beautiful with all new fixtures. the staff is truly exceptionally Trained and led by noted G M MR STEPHEN D0RCY the hotel has plenty of free parking with great views out over a beautiful lake in pelican bay. if you want value and comfort the inn at pelican bay is your answer. Front desk and staff were very pleasant and helpful! Veronica and Emily helped me check in really late at night and provided me very detailed information about hotel’s restaurants and amenities! Hot tub was on and hot late at night, it was so very relaxing! At the restaurant Andrea, Adam and the beautiful gelato server lady made our evening tasteful, pleasant and delightful! On the last day Nikki helped us checkout, fast and easy ! Stayed a little longer after check out because the hotel is just stunning, really enjoyed our time there! The room was beautiful and spacious too, the beach walk is a bit dark but a flashlight can easily fix that !

The Naples Hilton with its stylish lobby, has a cool upscale feel to it. Check in at the front desk, was excellent. Isabella, made sure that all of my needs were met; even following up by sending an e-mail 15 minutes after check in to make sure that the room was up to the Hilton standard. The room was clean and contemporary styled. It featured an extremely comfortable bed; with high end linen. The bathroom included Crabtree and Evelyn shampoos and lotions which was a major plus. However, I do think that they could have used a better shower curtain. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to the beach; although you could easily spend the day just hanging out in their pool area (Drink service was available). The hotel’s gym featured a mix of Precor treadmills, Peloton stationary bikes, and dumbbell/kettle weights. Other: Parking garage and upscale dining experience at Shula’s restaurant located in the lobby area. Overall the hotel is easily a 9/10. You will not be disappointed staying here!!!

Bilik yang bagus, sangat bersih tetapi kakitangannya tidak begitu mesra dan mesra. Memerlukan kerusi roda untuk tunang saya yang hamil yang tidak boleh berjalan langsung dan muntah dengan banyak kerana kehamilannya dan diberitahu untuk Kami menghisapnya jadi saya terpaksa menggendongnya sehingga ke atas kemudian menuruni tangga untuk membawanya. ke bilik kecemasan untuk memastikan semuanya ok. This Resort is 5 star. The views and beach are spectacular, nothing better is Naples. Our room in the Beach House building was awesome. Very roomy, spectacular view of the beach, and completely updated. The staff on the property was very friendly. The front desk person who took care of us was Palak. She was awesome and everyday would greet me by my name. He service truly stood out. The general manager (Carlos Macias), sent us a handwritten welcome card to our room, which was a very nice detail we appreciated. 5 star resort and somewhere we will definitely visit again. I don't say this lightly, I would prefer not to go on vacation vs. staying here again. The person who checked us in was so kinda, and when we asked to have our room switched they were so quick to help out, but the hotel rooms and hallways were truly gross. We did not use the pool and missed the breakfast so I have no comment there. Prior to staying here, I didn't do much research. We are super familiar with the naples area and just needed a place to stay at for a night before our airbnb opened. I travel for work often and trust marriott and didn't think twice about booking a reliable Residence Inn. We got in pretty late, it must have been just before midnight. I point this out because I'm not sure if they were low on availability or something. The first room we were given had a unique scent of throw up upon opening the door. Like it was blatant. When my husband went into the bedroom, there were wet spots all over on the carpet and our gut just felt like the room was not properly cleaned. It really, really smelled. When we opened the crib for our son a bunch of cheerios fell out of the pack and play. It was that moment that I realized I had to be that person to ask for a different room. I really don't often do this but the smell of throw up was overwhelming and the floor was too wet to trust it. Honestly, it was really gross. I'm disappointed they'd even offer this room to someone. When we opened the door to the second room, the smell was overwhelmingly of ciggarettes. It's a nonsmoking hotel and room so clearly someone just broke the rules. They didn't have another crib so we just carried the cheerio crib to this room. We realized two of the garbages in the new room hadn't been emptied. At this point it was like 1AM and we just tried not to think about it and fell asleep. When we woke up we packed up our things and peaced out as quickly as we could. I share this experience because I always trust Marriott but this was BAD. We paid an insane amount of money for our one night (high season) and I left feeling violated. I know that probably sounds comical but I felt scammed. In summary, the check in guy was so kind. This isn't a knock on the workers. But the two rooms we experienced were flat out disgusting and not sanitary. I would not stay there ever again even if the entire stay was free.
