Hotel terbaik di Plymouth Meeting

Long hair encased in dried urine, black mold in the shower, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, horrible nasty carpets around the hotel. To give you an example of how the management of this hotel thinks and how they are good at making horrible decisions about how to run this hotel. The were replacing carpets in the hallway (and it is so needed) BUT they are doing in infront of ROOMS that have guest and they post signs around the hotel telling you, if there is a new carpet in front of your room, you can not go in or out of your room for 6 hours! The floor should have been shut down. We were in town for a funeral and there's nothing like having to go to the desk to have the person come up to a room and let us in manually because the door lock is broken. The member of staff did try replacing batteries giving us new keys but we were instructed anytime we needed to go back in our room, go to the front desk and ask somebody to come let you in with the override?!? One side note when we went down to the lobby a little before 11:00 p.m. there was no one to be found around the front desk after searching the ground floor we did fight a member of staff working however doing laundry he was very helpful but having a lobby and front door just unattended is one heck of a security issue . It's not the member of staff's fault again he was super helpful but clearly a lack of management at this hotel. The breakfast this morning was a horrible experience, as a group of family who also attended the same funeral were staying in this hotel. We had breakfast together and the staff verbally scolded my Aunt for using the wrong tongs. I have attached photos with this review showing, a white creaming dripping stain on the back of the bathroom door, that starts at waist level. Photos of stains all over the carpeting in the hotel. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher of the suite upon check in Bathroom faucet dirty The TV listing card falling apart (showing lack of care) Dirty shower glass with pink mold Like black mold better, they offer that also in the shower! A sticker on the hock in the bathroom, classly Stains all over the walls Clearly cleaning is not a top priority yet they worry about having the evening reception for your safety as that is not happening due to covid! This looks like a new hotel, and it might be, but it is in horrible shape. Some of the staff were nice but powerless , others like the one that yelled at my aunt over her incorrect utensil use at breakfast . AVOID THIS HOTEL

Spent a couple of days at the Courtyard Plymouth Meeting (PA) for business and will not be returning on my future travels to the area and not recommending to other team members. Due to a number of issues related to my flights in, did not arrive at the hotel until 4 o'clock in the morning. Originally planned on 3 nights at the Courtyard. First issue was there was no welcoming as a gold level member. Second issue was that the room smelled as if a prior occupant had smoked in the room (being 4 in the morning and coming off a bad set of flights did not feel up to going back down to reception). Found that the 3rd issue is that the side of the hotel I was on was facing the interstate and the room is not soundproof. And finally, the fourth issue was that due to early flight out of the Philadelphia airport that my final night would be best near the airport. I notified the front desk that I would be staying only two nights and not three and was told the ”early departure” fee would be 50% of the daily rate. Not really good for a gold level member of the marriott program, but ok. However, upon check out and receipt of the invoice found that I was billed for the entire day. Contacted the hotel by phone and was told ”oops for the confusion, but the full day rate is their policy. Have multiple future trips to the area for business but will staying somewhere else. Would be a one star if not for the outstanding service from Janice in the restaurant.

I wasn't sure what exactly to expect after seeing other reviews. Our bedroom was perfectly clean and well kept. Zero complaints from my family. WiFi was great. No issues there either. Breakfast was not fancy but also perfectly adequate. Service was great. I texted the front desk for extra towels which were brought up promptly. Oh, the one complaint I suppose is the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. Overall I was very happy with the whole stay.

I've stayed at a number of hotels in this very immediate area, and this was BY FAR my most positive experience. The hotel was clean, the check in staff was very nice (didn't have any other experience with staff), and the breakfast was delicious. Maybe even more importantly, the coffee was GREAT (and that is rare, IMO)! I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I stayed here for several days while I was having some work done at my house - I work from home and needed a quiet place to work. Issues I experienced: (1) No kitchen supplies (utensils, plates, pans) in the room - you have to ask for them (crazy!); (2) When I asked for kitchen supplies, I was told they had none available - how crazy is it to not provide kitchen items and ALSO not have any available!!; (3) An EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable bed; (4) Thin walls - TV from next door blared all night; (5) Inconsistencies with pet policy - website said pet friendly and did not mention a fee but when I got there I was charged an extra $25/day for my pet. Bottom line: I do not recommend this place and will not stay here ever again..

Clean, new hotel with helpful staff. Highly recommend. Good restaurants on-site and around the hotel. Super clean rooms and common areas.

When arriving we met the most delightful host - Sade. She couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. She gave my granddaughter a “goodie bag’ and welcomed us to the town. Our room was a bit warm and my husband asked Sade to check it out for us. She concluded that the air was not working and proceeded to give us another room. Each step of the way she was helpful. Noticing the pullout couch was missing pillows, she had housekeeping bring the to us in a timely fashion. The maintenance crew was sent for to clear a clogged sink (Sade called them and they showed up within 5 minutes). they were pleasant and left us with a note and a chocolate hammer to let us know they were there if needed. Having all this speedy attention made us feel “taken care of. The Inn thought of many things - fruit and bars available for all to savor. Games in the dining room for all. The free breakfast was a plus, with pleasant servers. Cudos to the manager for her creativity. A special thank you to Sade!
