Everything was pretty good it’s just the location

Keep in mind that this review does not reflect a stay that ever happened. I cannot comment as to the rooms, or the overall quality of a stay here. I made arrangements through the choice hotel loyalty programs for some honeymooning friends to spend the night here on their way back from Colorado. They insisted on a photocopy of my driver's license, credit card, and a photograph of a form that I had to fill out taking responsibility for any expenses above and beyond the stay. I complied with all of these and the reservation was made. when my friends arrived, they tried to get a credit card from them. I called the desk myself and told them that arrangements had been made and that they already had a copy of my credit card and contract. They called me back 5 minutes later and said that my card had been declined. I offered a second card, and was told that they did not wish to help my friends any more. When I went to the bank to find out why the card was declined, it was discovered that the person at the desk entered the expiration date incorrectly. I ended up paying a lot more money for them to stay somewhere else. When I contacted the hotel, they hung up on me, and when I contacted choice hotels to let them know what happened, I was informed that the owners of this particular hotel refused to give back the points, despite the fact that they had provided no service. Like I said, I cannot attest to the quality of the hotel or lack thereof, but these are the kind of people that you will be dealing with.

Avoid this place at all costs. Pay a little more if you have to. It is not riverfront, so don’t let that fool you. Upon arrival we considered canceling this booking and going elsewhere. Should of went with our instinct. Rooms smell bad. There's trash everywhere. The worst stay we had during our cross country travel. No breakfast offered. They mention this after you pay of course. The owners are literally crazy too watching your every move. It's no surprise though with all the shady characters and homeless around. Just a gross neighborhood. Stay away. Update: First they gave us a smoking room which was disgusting. I requested another room which happens to be missing a comforter top on one bed. I decided just to deal at this point and sleep with only a sheet. There were people outside making noise well into the night which kept waking us up until 4am. The next morning we left and on our way out I get a call from the owner on my cell phone accusing me of stealing a blanket from the room. Yes, seriously, he accused me of stealing a nasty motel blanket. Never experienced that in my life. So far the most frustrating part of our trip was stopping in Little Rock. It was a random and regretful decision on the road. If you can, I’d suggest skipping over all of Arkansas. It is just not worth it. Once in Tennessee, we were met with hospitality.

Very spacious room. Good amenity with dish washer in the room. Self-Laundry facilities are also available in the hotel common area.

Perkhidmatan dan lokasi adalah sempurna. Kami mempunyai rehat malam yang hebat. Satu-satunya perkara yang kami perhatikan ialah hotel ini benar-benar perlu dikemas kini. Pintunya tiada cat dan ada kemek dan kelihatan sangat usang. Selain daripada itu ia adalah tempat yang Hebat!

Kakitangan yang baik, sangat bersih, sarapan pagi yang lazat. Bilik bersambung sangat kuat. Tempat letak kenderaan valet yang diperlukan adalah mahal dan bodoh.
