All in all, the hotel is mostly Good; good value for your money, conveniently located near Rockville Center and I270; the room decor needs a facelift as well as much better lighting options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel, filled with lots of art and cool features. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool, jacuzzi and gym were awesome. Close to everything. The staff was amazing. We would definitely stay at this wonderful hotel again real soon

Very clean and the women at front desk, I believe her name is Grace was absolutely wonderful. The only negative thing to mention was the $20 a day park and the garage was in a separate building, (so on a cold and windy night which it was)it kinda sucks to have to carry luggage.

The location of this hotel is great in the Rockville Town Square and two blocks from the Rockville Metro station. It is reasonably quiet (some road noise), has a nice garage for $14 a night (beware that there is a ”2” Level as well as a ”G2” Level and they are different) and comfortable rooms. However, I called before we arrived on April 30 and asked about whether or not the restaurant was in operation (”maybe but I'm not sure if it will be”) and if the bar was operating--”yes definitely” I was told. Neither was in operation although when I peeked under the bar our last day and saw open wine bottles...interesting! There is a snack area in the lobby with items for sale but no alcohol (however, it is listed on the price list). My advice is to wait to stay here until their food/bar services are restored! The staff was very sweet and helpful. The small indoor pool and hot tub were sparking clean (although the hot tub jets were not operating). This property will be great when everything is working!

The room and building were in very nice condition, very clean and located close to highway and Metro station. I was disappointed in the breakfast, they had a couple of “kid” cereals, a bowl that said strawberry yogurt (I prefer variety and individual packaged) and plain bagels…,I have had better breakfasts at much cheaper hotels. This location only does the managers reception on a Wednesday night. The area to eat breakfast is more laid out as a cocktail bar. Very limited tables for more than 2 people. Also, when we arrived I had to clean off my own table. The pool and gym were nice, but the key cards don’t always work so I spent a lot of time going back to the desk a another card, clerk stated they often have trouble….I think fixing the problem would be helpful for the customers.

It would be nice if you had free breakfast as many others do..,

The Sheraton Rockville Hotel has been really great to work with for group blocks! The Sales Director, Shalomi Sanders, was really attentive to our group requests and communicated well every step of the way. We will definitely use the Sheraton Rockville again!

Our first time at this property and we chose it because of the location to the metro on the red line. It is right out the back door across the street. Extremely convenient! We were visiting DC for the weekend. The property was nice, the room was room was comfortable, the service was excellent, the underground parking, while there is an additional fee, is secure and convenient and the checkin/checkout process was flawless. If you want a completely digital experience this is it. The staff checked in via text a few times but were not intrusive. We requested extra towels and received them promptly. While we didn’t visit them, there is an on-site restaurant/bar and a coffee shop available. We have stayed at other properties in the area. I am glad we chose to disregard any disgruntled negative reviews. This will be our property of choice when we visit the city.

We stayed at this hotel during a recent stay as we had some stuff to do in MD and some in DC. The location was great for where we needed to be in Rockville, as it was right near the highway, so we could get wherever we needed easily. The train into DC was really close by. The hotel drove us to the train and when we got back, we took a $7 Uber rather than waiting for shuttle. The breakfast was pretty good. A lot of the food came from Dunkin in the hotel next door, which shares the same owner. Would definitely stay again
