This hotel is amazing. I prefer resonance ends to most hotels. But the manager here, martin, is outstanding. I am disabled and I was in a horrific situation and all I had to do was pull up and he took care of my luggage and got me a ride and they have been fantastic trying to help and assist me. I came from North Carolina to California for emergency medical care so I am not in good condition and they have been absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool that's our fire pit the basketball court the weight room the laundry the rooms if you're disabled they have beautiful handicap rooms the staff is amazing and friendly I had stayed at the Hyatt Place and the same town in Roseville and the manager was horrifically rude abusive and mean and the staff's attitude showed the attitude of the manager.

The room was great. The only issue is the fridge didn’t work and there is no microwave in the room. Everything else was very nice and the people were polite, accommodating and professional.

I was in town for a volleyball tournament weekend and booked this (w somewhat low expectations) bc it was one of the only Bonvoy rooms left in town. I was so pleasantly surprised! Even though the hotel was totally sold out due to the tournament, the staff was incredible! I called to the desk for various items throughout our stay (linens for the pull out bed, toothpaste, hairdryer etc) and without fail they delivered it to the room in less than 60 seconds each time. Parking was super easy, the room was clean, the bed was actually surprisingly comfortable, and the bathroom had been recently updated. The starbucks cafe in the lobby was nice for grabbing early morning sustenance, and the lobby was actually quite spacious with lots of seating options, business center etc. Definitely a good option in Roseville!

A beautiful hotel with an amazing staff that’s centrally located to fine dining blocks away from the Galleria Mall in Roseville. 30 minutes away from the Sacramento Airport and Downtown, I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and families. Note their sister hotel right next store has a great pools for the kids. The large fitness center has the latest equipment, don’t miss out by staying here. I know you will enjoy the experience!!! A special thanks to their Front Office Supervisor Jason for the world class service, he’s truly cares about the guest’s experience at this wonderful hotel.

I have been at Towneplace Suites for awhile due to Medical and Personal reasons. Heidi (GM), Taylor(Assistant Manager), Front Desk Staff, Kitchen, and Housekeeping have been amazing. They have made me feel cared for during these tremendously hard circumstances in my life. Any problems I had, were addressed quickly and professionally. To me, they are like family. I highly recommend if in need of a Hotel stay while in the area, to book a reservation here.

PPengguna TetamuGreat experience overall. The hotel had a new modern look with a nice looking lobby and was very well kept. The hotel clerk was nice enough to allow me to check in early. My room was very clean with wifi and walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and had a nice workspace with lounge couch, computer chair and had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The free breakfast was pretty good and their fitness room had a lot of equipment which included a dumbbell rack with multiple weights, treadmills, and ellipticals. Would definitely book here again in the future.

EEnickJadi untuk harga saya tidak begitu peduli dengan tempat ini. Sebaik sahaja saya tiba di kaunter dengan ibu saya, wanita itu kasar dan tidak membuat kami berasa dialu-alukan. Saya bertanya apakah deposit yang dia beritahu saya dan apabila saya pergi untuk mengambil beberapa snek dari kawasan makanan ringan dia membuat komen yang menyindir bahawa saya tidak mampu membelinya...ya harganya terlalu mahal dan mahal tetapi itu bukan pion. Dia membuat profil saya.

PPengguna TetamuWe needed reasonably priced overnight accommodations in the Roseville area. Fairfield Inn met our needs. Saturday night rate for the King room was $189 -- and just shy of $220 with taxes and fees. As others have mentioned the $12 parking fee is very annoying. This is not an upscale hotel. Just make it part of the rate and emphasize that free parking is included. Friendly, professional from Samuel at the front desk to housekeeping staff and the breakfast room attendant. We were assigned an ADA room so it had some quircks but was fine for one night. Besides the desk chair, there was one small uncomfortable chair -- no ottoman. The bed was our only option for stretching out. TV had a high resolution. Bed linens and towels were of mid-quality. Room was clean and appeared to have been updated recently. The large chocolate chip cookies we received upon arrival were tasty -- a bit chewy. The breakfast area was pleasant and not too crowded when we arrived 30 minutes before closing. I had the last of the orange juice from the large server, so DH was left with the option of boxed juice. Not tasty. Coffee and tea options were okay. Scrambled eggs and sausages were adequate, but not appealing to me. Oatmeal was quite good and had several options on toppings. Flavored yogurt was another option. Bagels, English muffins, and bread were available. Toaster, unfortunately, barely browned them. If there had been breakfast pastries, they were gone by the time we arrived. Overall a good stay. A cut above most Best Westerns. Would consider staying again, but would not go too far out of my way to do so.

Sarapan pagi: Disebabkan wabak itu, mereka tidak memberi sarapan kepada orang yang makan, mereka menyediakannya dan membawanya kembali untuk dimakan. Kecuali susu, semua yang lain tidak sedap.
Fikirkan bunyi bising, peti sejuk kecil dan penghawa dingin di logistik akan menjadi sangat bising. Saya tidak tidur nyenyak selama dua malam. Satu-satunya sebab saya tidur lena adalah kerana saya tidak tidur pada hari sebelumnya.
Kalis bunyi hotel juga tidak bagus. Pintu masuk dan keluar dari bilik sebelah akan menjadi sangat dinamik. Sesiapa yang melalui koridor boleh mendengarnya dengan jelas. Pada pukul sembilan pagi, pasangan di sebelah timur terjaga.

SScott EthanThe location was close to the highway but not affected by highway noise, far enough away. It was also close to the back way to Roseville Mall, restaurants, shopping. They have 24 hour security services so it was a breath of fresh air as we were vandalized at our stay in the SureStay hotel on Canterbury in broad daylight. So, this is worth the distance from downtown Sacramento which is now quite unsafe. The bed was comfortable and the staff very willing to help. The breakfast is a bag one so it’s not spectacular. The Tv was quite good as we caught some of the Olympic Games on it.
