Hotel terbaik di San Bernardino

segala-galanya mengenai hotel ini hebat, namun perkhidmatannya tidak seperti yang saya sangka .... apa yang berlaku ialah pemegang kad yang membayar bilik itu bukan tetamu yang cuba mendaftar masuk ... bilik itu membayar secara dalam talian kerana pemegang kad yang tertera di kad tersebut mempunyai salinan kad pengenalannya dan tidak mahu ada masalah semasa saya mendaftar masuk tetapi hanya mendapatnya ... pada 22 sekitar jam 6 petang kedua-dua tetamu pergi untuk mendaftar masuk dan meja depan hotel tidak akan mengambil hanya lembar daftar masuk yang disediakan setelah transaksi selesai. Kami menghadapi masalah kerana pemegang kad dengan kad yang membayar untuk bilik tidak dapat memberikan kad pengenalan yang sebenarnya .... bukan salinan ... masalah ini berlanjutan berjam-jam ... sekitar jam 10:30 malam kami pergi kembali ke hotel.dan hotel.manager adalah kerani depan.desk .... kami menjelaskan keadaannya dan memberitahunya bahawa kami akan kembali pada waktu pagi tetapi jika mereka dapat menolak tempahan kami kerana ini adalah transaksi yang TIDAK DAPAT DIKEMBALIKAN dan dia berkata TIDAK ... ketika kami berjalan pergi dia memanggil kami kembali dan bertanya adakah kami pasti akan memeriksa pada keesokan harinya, kami berkata ya .... dan dia berkata selama kami mendaftar masuk sebelum tengah hari.it harus menolak kerana dia akan membuat nota TIDAK TAMPIL untuk tempahan itu. keesokan harinya kami tiba sekitar jam 10 pagi dan mendaftar masuk setelah menerangkan keadaannya .... namun, pada 24 pada sekitar jam 8 malam kami diminta untuk pergi oleh kerani meja depan yang bertugas. Saya menjelaskan kepadanya apa yang berlaku dan kami mendapat kesan bahawa kami berada di sana sehingga 25hb .... dia terus-menerus mengatakan tidak dan jadi kami pergi dan kehilangan sedikit sebanyak 100 dolar .... semalam .. ..dan mempercayai hakikat sederhana bahawa setelah menyelesaikan transaksi dan menerima lembaran cek .... KAMI TIDAK AKAN MEMPUNYAI MASALAH YANG MEMERIKSA DALAM HENDAKLAH DILARANG.

The state was wonderful the parking could’ve been a little bit better, but I know they worked with what they had. Everything was still under construction so I know it’s going to be grand afterwards. The inside was beautiful the room was clean everything was talk nicely I couldn’t have asked for anything to be more perfect gorgeous room bathroom and kitchen.

The overall customer service was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the food was delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. The hotel had great amenities, including a pool, basketball court, gym, and laundry room. These facilities really enhanced my stay.

The kitchen that was the main reason I book this hotel, and she didn’t disappoint. I had everything I needed ! I loved the complimentary dinner and breakfast offered (dinner mon-wed I believe) also the laundry room. The parking was awful haha but no complaints here luckily everything else outshined that also the front desk woman was very sweet and made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name but I know her last name was 3 letters long :

Until today, I don't think I have ever had to pay a 60 dollar cash deposit when I checked into a room that I paid over $120 for. They have put in new laminate flooring, but that's the only new thing there is. I think the toilet seat is 30 years old. The bathroom mirror has a crack all the way down it. The bed is one of the worst I've slept on in a long time as well as having cigarette burns on the bedding. When we asked about having a check out at noon the young lady at the office told us that was fine but at 11:30 they told me that if I didn't leave right then I was going to have to pay extra. I chose this hotel because it was closer to where I needed to be the next day but I would highly recommend looking for something else even if you have to drive further or pay more.

This Motel 6 was the scariest place I have ever stayed. The premises and parking area were filthy with garbage. The guests that stayed there were borderline homeless. There was no microwave, hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner and no coffee maker. I believe they were not provided because guests probably steal them. We had enough bath towels for 2, but not enough hand or washclothes. The bedding had burn marks on them. I do believe the room was clean, but that was it. I would not stay here again or even in the city of San Bernardino. Check in was through a walk up slot, not inside the lobby.
