I wish we would have gotten ANY other hotel. this hotel particularly was clean, decent, nice ppl & hot tub area, decent little gym area, fair breakfast. my husband loved the pillows more than he even does our at home lol. But the housekeeping staff was ridiculous. i had no issues with any other staff, morning or night managers. actually one of the night managers was extremely nice to us. but the housekeeping and other stayers were obnoxiously loud 24/7. we were on the 1st floor and the guy above us stomped nonstop. and the door across from us were a bunch of younger guys drinking and having several ppl come into the hotel and party with them. we couldn’t sleep at night. and the housekeepers were so loud. not even loud doing their duties, loud yelling across the hall to each other to talk, not even about work. i’m all for having some fun while working, it doesn’t have to be boring but it should not be so bad that i can’t sleep or get any work done from inside my room. and as a previous housekeeper at a hotel, i’m also disgusted with their level of noise and accommodation; because people stay in hotels to relax, get work done, it be a place with decent expected noise but also a quiet stay. i do not feel that they tried to be quiet at all or put any customers in a comfortable stay while here. we stayed for a whole week and the whole time was miserable it sounded like the walls were constantly being hit, like someone was vacuuming and screaming outside our door ALL day, constant sound of big thumps and stuff moving, almost like furniture (not their housekeeping cart). would never ever stay here again. the absolute worst and i’ve stayed in many hotels and motel 6 and more run down places for a nice place to be so bad and prefer the cheap $40 night creepy places.

We were here for a 3 night stay visiting family. We were very pleased with this hotel. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, in a safe area, and breakfast included. Other reviews mentioned poor upkeep of the rooms, but that was definitely not the case for us. The one thing I found odd was the alignment of the dresser/tv with the bed at the side instead of at the foot. But it turned out to be okay. Breakfast had nice selections of hot and cold items and we enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.
