This Marriott concept is not for me. The lobby seems to be filled with locals and they even host speed dating in the lobby. It’s campy and filled with games and intimate spaces. too much fabric for me. i sneezed from the fabric on the walls, wool bed cover and the headboard. they will bring you a fridge, though the rooms arent equipped with them. i stayed here nine nights. my second room has a noisy AC unit. it sounded like a sewing machine. Location is very good for Amazon, walking to the Lake and some residents very close by. overall the area shuts down at 9pm.

The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

The location is good and convenient. Easy access to many food and restaurant. Some places of intetest within walking distance.

Amazingly nice hotel. I was really pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but oh so functional, the epitomy of interior design of small spaces. The rooms are fully smart connected, and you can control everything via an ipad, really nice. Althouhgh the rooms are on the smaller size, they still worked great for me, a 6ft5 guy. Two thumbs up, do recommend.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They had a happy hour from 5-6. The only thing the room was missing was the kettle or coffee in the room and bottles of water. They d8d however Hage water and coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Overall great stay, would visit again.

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

A rustic hotel with a unique ambience. It's conveniently located near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle within walking or short car or bus ride of many sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and the lounge sometimes has excellent live music.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle! The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly and we had an amazing experience at the restaurant. The ideal location for exploring the city. I especially loved the historic and luxurious feel of the property. You will love it!
