The stay at the Paddlers Lane Chalet was absolutely amazing. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend and are already making plans to return in the next year! Prior to the visit, everything we needed to know was outlined on the website, as well as kind reminder emails the week of our visit. Both owners, Robin and Dan, are extremely nice and very pleasant to talk with. They greeted us at the property and made sure we had all the information we needed including information on the town. We were able to bring our mid-sized dog that loved walking the property and snuggled next to the fireplace. Our young child also had an amazing time, spending most of it in the loft. As much as we wanted to go out and explore, we got caught up in the comfort of relaxation and spent most of the time on the property. The only thing I can critique at all is the beds were a bit firm for my preference, but this will not stop me from coming back! The train tracks are a stone's throw from the Chalet, but the sound was more relaxing than cumbersome. The closest railroad crossing is 1/4 mile away, so the train horn was not loud. Cucumber falls is close and an easy hike to enjoy. Watch out for snowy conditions as we had a ”fun” sled riding experience in our car on fresh snowy roads.

Great hotel and experience, Very very clean room. ***** areas were also very clean. Breakfast was very nice. If you need to make a choice while traveling the turnpike near Somerset you won't go wrong choosing this hotel. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. There was a fire pit outside and outdoor seating,

PPengguna TetamuSharon, the manager was remarkable. She was pleasant, “homey”, warm and professional. Her staff were equally friendly. The property was clean and very quiet despite its proximity to the turnpike and the interchange. My only comments included size. The two beds were not queen size as I imagined - (but the mattresses were comfy and may have been advertised as full beds and I just missed that in the listing.) The outdoor pool was very small but afforded us relief from the hot summer weather. We will return to this property due to its cleanliness, and convenient location to the Laurel Highlands attractions we were there to visit!

PPengguna TetamuRoom was clean, and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful with my indecision about how many days I wanted to stay. They even gave me a refund for some nights without any hesitation. Superb value for money, would definitely stay there again.

Very, very clean facility. decent breakfast. convenient location. Good value. Wished there was a pool/hot tub to loosen the bones after a long car day. More juice selection and quantity would be really nice as I look forward to my OJ in the morning. nicely run hotel. Good job!

The motel was easy to find and had lovely rooms with all the conveniences. We were very happy to be able to count on Quality Inns during our drive East, as we had our Airedale, Elvis, with us. He was well received, for which we were grateful.
