JjoannaS2000our room wasn’t ready for about an 1 hr 1/2 till after we got here and we need to get ready for a party at the hotel and we had to carry our luggage all around the place and was unable to get ready in our room for the event.

Stayed a week for work. Located downtown so you can walk to a weeks worth of restaurants. Breakfast bar is clean and well serviced. Desk crew is attentive and friendly and coffee is always available. Patricia is awesome! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only downside to this hotel are the SLOW elevators but that's not the staffs fault. Note this is a unique hotel- it's on top of a parking garage - but just pull up next to the elevator on any level and you will get to the lobby. Definitely recommend!

PPengguna TetamuI was nervous staying at a Best Western, but we needed to save some $. It exceeded my expectations. The workers are very kind and helpful, especially at breakfast! The breakfast has tons of choices - one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've had. Most of all, the hotel looks and smells CLEAN! Even the baseboards in the stairwell are clean. Over and above what I expected. We used the gym, which was good enough for a workout out of town. The room (king with a small divider, sofa, and kitchenette) was perfect for my teenage son and myself. Save a good amount of money and stay here!

PPengguna TetamuHad a good experience at this Comfort Inn. Clean, quiet, great location. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Near any type of dining you want as well as shopping. Breakfast was tasty and more than adequate. Front desk as well as other personnel were pleasant. Would return in a minute.

Very clean and super friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were in good condition Dinner was fair, my husband took a gamble and ordered the steak, which was too thin to really take a temp, my burger was decent even though they ran out of tomato and the lettuce looked like it was cooked with the burger. Breakfast buffet was nearly empty when we arrived, but was eventually restocked. The standout of the experience was the staff. Everyone there were super attentive and seemed genuinely happy to help you, which always makes for a good experience. Overall 4 out of 5

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights while my teenage son attended a nearby music camp. We called ahead when traffic had us running very late, to make sure that our room would not be given away. The nice lady at the front desk informed us that no-shows are processed starting around 2 am, and we would be okay as long as our arrival was before that time. Nice to know, for future reference. Our eventual check-in was handled quickly, with no issues. This hotel is in a bit of a strange location. It seems that it may be the only surviving site of what was once a large shopping mall. The parking lot is huge, but is in a bit of disrepair. In fact, the road leading from the highway to the parking lot is quite bumpy and pot-holed. There's vacant lots all around where the mall obviously once stood. The hotel itself was adequate for our 2 night stay. It was clean, and safe feeling. I did chuckle when, after signing a form at check-in that affirmed I would not smoke in the room, ”including *********,” we smelled a bit of the funny stuff coming from a room down the hall. The included breakfast was pretty standard. There is an indoor pool, which looked fine, but we did not sample it due to the shortness of our stay. All-in-all, I would rate this hotel as ”average,” in that it is exactly what one would expect for the Comfort Inn chain.

Hhazelo2021The room smelled like cigarettes. The floors were filthy. I had to clean the vinyl floor and my rag was black after I was done. The carpets were dirty too. I stay at Red Roof Inns all the time so I was sad this happened at this one. We are going to try and change rooms.

PPengguna TetamuVery clean hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with lots of stores & restaurants nearby. The front desk attendant was so sweet and helpful. The room was beautiful and cozy. Staff is helpful, courteous and professional. I would stay here again.
