DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU PARTY ALL NIGHT!! We stayed 4 nights (2 week night and 2 weekend). It’s loud ALL THE TIME. They say quiet hours are 10 PM - 6 AM, but this is not anywhere near enforced. People running the hallways at all hours until 4 am. ALSO I called the front desk and quiet hours “don’t count for people cutting up and blaring music at the fire pit outside downstairs”. They only count hallways.” But the people running all night are so loud.. so I don’t think it counts hallways either obviously.. My family has never had sound issues at a SpringHill Suites, and we’ve stayed at A LOT because we are a Bonvoy Boundless Card holder and a family of 5. Also let me add, we brought our own sound machine and we still hear EVERYTHING so you know it’s loud.

This would had been a 5 stars review but giving it a 3 stars.. It was a birthday surprise for my daughter. We checked in late at night at 11:30pm on Friday, July 5th. We stayed for two nights. I was greeted by a gentleman in front and he assisted me. He was really nice and kind. My husband, daughter and I went to our room on the second floor. The room was spacious and nice. The room was clean. It had a little living room with a couch and a kitchenette. It had a full size fridge, dish washer and garbage dispose which is a plus. Bathroom is decent might need some cleaning. It looks like there was a little molded in the standing shower. One of the bath towels had like some hair on it. We had two queens beds. I lifted the sheets to make sure it was clean. The mattress protector had like ripped holes. It was late at night and did not realize in the morning that there was a stain on the blanket. I do not know what it was but it looked like chocolate stains or blood. Also the bedsheets were making us a bit itchy. My husband and I were disgusted by it. Now we were questioning it the sheets were even changed. On our way leaving to go to Hershey park, I stopped by the front desk to ask if we can get the sheets and blanket changed because there was a stain on it. The lady was nice and said I wipll get someone to change it for you. The bedsheets are not changed everyday but every other day depending the length of the stay. Also the room gets service and clean every day. When we returned (7 hrs later), the bedsheets and blankets were not changed. I do not think the room was serviced either. Trash were not emptied. I understand it was the holiday weekend and it was busy. We were very disappointed. The breakfast was good. They offered make your own waffles with varieties of toppings, hot oatmeal, warm breakfast sandwiches, egg & cheese omelettes, veggie egg white omelettes, toast, bagel, cereal and yogurt. Overall for the hotel, spacious room and the breakfast were good. Our biggest cons were the dirty bedsheets and blankets. Then asking to have it changed and it wasn’t done. The shower had molded in it and bath towel had hair on it. I do not know if we will stay here again..

The room was clean. There was loud noise after 10pm-12am though, which wasn't so great for sleeping. When I booked our room it said it included 2 breakfast...the ”breakfast” is.....granola bar, a cup of coffee, and a cup of orange juice. Was very disappointed with that.

The location was great for an event we were attending. The manager and staff were pleasant and greeted everyone with a smile. The breakfast woman was so welcoming especially to our grandson ,she treated him like family, she made waffles for him and they were just what a kid would like. The free breafast was plentiful and had something for everyone. The hotel was clean ,as well as pool. I would recommend Staybridge suites to anyone who needs to travel to the Harrisburg /Hershey area .
