Hotel terbaik di Tinton Falls

I switched to this hotel for a weekend business trip at the last minute from one down the street, and I am SO GLAD I did. This property has an amazing staff (Shout out to Kyla and Gigi... you two are AWESOME!) and it's super clean. Everything was in good repair during my stay. There was a little wear on the piping around the front of the couch cushions if I'm nit picking, but the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the HVAC was just right. If I had to change one thing, I would like a slightly larger fridge, but the small fridge that was there kept everything super cold to the point that it almost froze. The first night I was there, I had a couple of drinks in the lobby bar, and I talked to Kyla and Gigi. They are nice people and I had a great time hanging out with them. Then next night when I returned from work, they were at the front desk, and as I walked in they both lit up and said my name! That kind of personal relationship is hard to forge at your regular Wawa, I definitely didn't expect it at a hotel I was staying at for 3 days. It honestly made my trip. This attitude extended to the rest of the staff as well. You couldn't walk in or out without the front desk staff or manager greeting you, and the maintenance staff said ”Good morning!” if you passed them in the hallway. Even the guests seemed friendly, greeting each other in the halls. All around good vibe, and I will definitely stay here again next year.

We had reservations July 6th through July 8th for 2 rooms at the Doubletree Hotel Tinton Falls - Eatontown NJ. We arrived late and notified the hotel that we would be late. The front desk was very nice and helped quickly to check us in and get our rooms. Upon arrival the rooms and after a long drive we wanted to shower but found only 2 bath towels in each room, even at one per person that is 4 short of what we would need. We called the front desk and were told we needed to come down to the front desk to retrieve towels. We did and were handed 4 towels. The floor of room 328 was also noted as dirty - old food scraps were seen in the area of the night table. The next day, we left for our day and expected to come back to made up rooms and refreshed with clean towels, etc. We found one room was made up and the other was not and again just 2 bath towels. During the day, we wanted to use the pool and wee told there were no pool towels available. Later in the evening someone brought to our room some pool towels. When checking out, the front desk staff was short and borderline rude when we asked for some cookies for the drive back. We were told ”we can't give you more than 4 without charging you. Isn't each room allowed up to 4 people? That would be 8 total. Our experience in this Doubletree was not the same we have come to expect from other Hilton Properties.

Nice rooms especially for the price but the staff is really nice and accommodating like by far the best I've had in the area and I've been to quite a few rude establishments. No matter what I asked if I lost my key or needed some dish soap etc or a new blanket they always had what ever it was. The place I stayed at before this my sink was broken for weeks and I couldn't get a plunger until the next day. When I needed a plunger here ( I have a potty trainer lol) the girl actually brought it to my room. Very nice

bilik pertama yang saya tempah cantik.. sama seperti gambar.. tetapi sangat panas.. suhu tidak pernah turun di bawah 74 darjah.. Saya membaca ulasan dan yang lain mengadu tentang penghawa dingin juga.. saya berkata mungkin saya mendapat yang baik bilik tanpa masalah.. Saya turun ke bawah berpeluh make up membakar muka saya dan memberitahu wanita itu dan dia memindahkan saya ke bilik lain dengan segera.. bilik sebelah adalah cantik juga buttt!!!!! suhu tidak bergerak melepasi 72 darjah ... adalah malam yang mengerikan bagi saya .. asma saya terputus teruk.. berpeluh dan kualiti udara yang tidak baik bilik berdebu dan permaidani memerlukan syampu.. saya membawa mesin asma saya alhamdulillah atau saya akan terpaksa er.. terpaksa minta kemudahan microwave dsb.. kolam tutup pada pukul 6 petang dan tiada sarapan pagi walaupun beg sarapan.. Saya juga terpaksa membayar untuk Wi-Fi.. wanita di meja berkata mereka menghantar e-mel kepada saya tentang tinggal saya tetapi saya masih menunggu. adalah penginapan yang mengerikan.. terpaksa membunuh agas pembunuh mengejar saya dan anak perempuan saya di sekeliling bilik mahukan makanan kami.. terbatuk-batuk dari itu tiada penghawa dingin.. kualiti udara yang buruk.. penapis kotor dalam unit AC dan permaidani yang memerlukan syampu yang saya muntah dan hanya menunggu untuk check out.. berpeluh mekap sampai ke kelopak mata!!! ketiak dan baju basah kuyup..ini dua minggu lepas!!

Hotel was perfect no issues ! Perfect for overnight or multiple day stay! Nice central location to everything like grocery store , target , food places , auto shops and pharmacy!

We have stayed at this property in the past and did not encounter the following situation. Had it not been for the alerts my bank sends when any charges hit my card, I would have never known. Apparently this property charges a $50 security deposit immediately upon check in along with the full charge for every night of the stay (whether in person or digitally). Once you check out, the charge is reversed and the regular charges for the stay apply. There is no prior notification on either the website for HIE, the local website for this property, details of the room nor the reservation conversation. I thought this a very sly and slick practice. Also the AC units in the rooms do not shut off; they have a permanent fan blowing. The temperature can be adjusted but the fan will continue to blow. The front desk suggested unplugging the AC unit but the cable goes right from the unit deep into the floor, not to an outlet; so this fix was not practicable. In the case of Room 236 which we stayed in, the in room safe was broken (looked like a forced entry if the prior guest didn't remember their combination; the lock was totally gone from the safe making it unusable). We've stayed before and will stay again; overall not a bad property; just a few minor glitches this stay.
