Bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I have seen from San Diego to Valdosta! Very pleasantly surprised as we have never stayed at a Country Inn & Suites. Staff were pleasant. The room was nicely appointed with lots of pillows. The mattress was quite comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a property that was probably top drawer in Valdosta, but no doubt thanks to Covid, slipped two notches while the price went up two notches, and I don't get it. the staff is lovely, and you can tell the building has good bones, but it is like the owners just want to let it slip-slide away. What a fricken shame!

Hotel was OK. Problem with elevators that should have been told to us when we checked in. Several people at front desk, but no mention of this, although they were clearly having issues. When we returned from dinner there was an elevator repair man riding with passengers in the elevator. That kind of problem should be told to guests, we don't know if someone got stuck or what the problem was. It took a long time to for the elevator to come so we knew something wasn't right. Our room was OK. I needed another pillow and none of the ones in the closet had cases. I had to call down for one.

Friendly staff, easy check in, nice grab n go breakfast, well kept facilities. I would definitely recommend this super 8, they take a lot of pride in there hotel, clean room equipped with microwave, fridge, and fresh linens. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. Plenty of parking in there we’ll maintained parking lot which is well lit and secure. For the price you won’t go wrong!

PPengguna TetamuSuch a shame. I could have given this hotel a five star rating. Problem is that it is so close to I-75 that the traffic noise is unrelenting all night. We even had our sound machine with us, and we could still hear the traffic. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, the room beautiful, staff friendly, good breakfast. I would have liked to put this on my list of places to stay in the future, but unfortunately, because of the noise, we will not. Hotel is well aware of the noise as we found ear plugs in the bathroom after we had checked in. We eventually used the ear plugs, but guests should not have to do that. The next morning I was told by a staff member that our room was on what is referred to as ”the noisy side” of the hotel.

All staff was ultra pleasant. The property was very clean. My family and I felt very safe. However, the layout of the bathroom was ridiculous. You walk right into the toilet. You have to squeeze into the vanity to close the door. If you lean up against the toilet your calves rub against it. That is gross. We stayed one night, so we tolerated it. We were in room 521....it butted up to the elevator. The elevator was not as quiet as assumed. Waaaa....humming up. Waaaaa humming down. Up and down, down and up. Stop, start. Stop, start. Totally not cool. Finally, Marriott often does not credit my points until I chase them down. I even when I ask during check in or check out if my points will be credited. That alone makes me want to ”cash” out and go back to the Holiday Inn. 4.5 stars.

OourhopeslegacyThis stay was horrible from beginning to end. If I were Days Inn I would be embarrassed to have my name on this facility. The staff were not friendly, the breakfast was a joke at best, the towel rack was ripped out of the wall, the drapes didn't even match it was 2 completely different curtains on the window. The table and 1 chair was missing from the room. We put our do not disturb sign up but yet our room was entered anyway while we were gone. One of the elevators was out of service with caution tape over the open door. The pool was empty but you are not told until check in. The 1st floor ice maker didn't work and the 3rd floor ice maker was missing. They collected a $150 cash deposit that they refused to return until I produced a physical receipt even though the money was in their drawer wrapped in a duplicate receipt with my name and room number but yet they couldn't refund until I produced a physical ”copy”. I feel this is a money scam, how many deposits do they keep for lost receipt copies knowing good and well they have a copy with proof sitting in their drawer.

PPengguna TetamuWe showed up a 5AM and needed to clean up and sleep a while. The excellent desk lady gave us an extra hour (beyond the 11AM check out), then the cleaning crew were advised to give us another hour slack. Superb management, superb service.... Thank you!!!!! Very nice people!

It was a little loud outside on Saturday night, but overall this was a very pleasant stay. I see a bunch of negative reviews and don't understand.......my experience was very good!

MMelissa LesterIa sesuai untuk apa yang kami perlukan hanya melaluinya. Terus dari antara negeri dan akses mudah. Willie, wakil meja penyambut tetamu ramah dan membantu membawa bagasi saya ke bilik semasa saya menggendong bayi. Bilik itu sangat bersih dan katilnya selesa. Tidak boleh meminta lebih.
