PPengguna TetamuVery beautiful lake view from our balcony. It’s worth the higher room charge (as opposed to the hillview). Very friendly staff, got a machine in the lobby where you can brew coffee, chocolate or tea for free. Love that! We also ordered pizza at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel & got 10% off being hotel guests, Food was so so but it’s good to take the food we ordered & enjoyed them in the balcony!

Had a GREAT time spending a weekend with friends in the cottages at Geneva National Resort and Club. The accommodations included a spacious living room, dining room and rec room, a complete kitchen and four individual private bedrooms with full baths. It was St. Patrick’s Day weekend and the Turf Smokehouse had an Irish Buffet and an Irish band. The food and service were fantastic and the band was enjoyable. Would consider coming back during the summer to take advantage of the 3 golf courses. I would recommend it to friends.

We stay here often. It is charming, beautiful rooms, wonderful staff. Great restaurrant. We come here several times a year. It is an easy drive from Chicago but puts us in a whole new world.

The stay at the hotel was good and I have no complaints there. However, after I checked out and left the hotel, I noticed the amount of my bills was different from that on my reservation email by about $26 more. It's not a big amount and I thought it was probably some honest mistake made by the hotel staff when I checked in because she had to change our room type due to the room type we reserved not being cleaned yet. So for the next two days, I tried to reach out to the hotel, left voice messages to the hotel manager twice, and got NO responses whatsoever. I then reached out to Marriott's customer service and filed a case there. After waiting for almost a month and talking to three different customer specialists (who were actually very helpful), the case was still NOT solved! At one point, the hotel told the specialist that they have refunded me , which was a lie. As of today which is about almost a month after my stay, I reached out to Marriott's customer service again and the specialist reached to the hotel. Guess what, the hotel told her it was just some temporary incidental hold on my credit card and I should wait longer for it to drop. Well, it has been a month and I really do not think incidental hold will hold up that long on my credit card!! At this point, I feel like the hotel just does not want to deal with this situation so they make up whatever reasons to keep me wait and wait till I am tired of following things up. SO...if you decide to stay in this hotel, please be careful with the bill when you check out while you are still there. Once you leave and if you catch a problem, good luck (:

The employee that work here are one of the friendliest. From the room to the pool to the lobby are very clean. We went during the week ( Tuesday- Friday) and received a great rate. We will definitely stay here again. The front desk person Samantha was really helpful. All her recommendations from what to see in the area to where to eat were top notch. She is very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you for a great stay.

Kolam renang dalaman dan jakuzi juga sangat sesuai untuk membawa bayi! Kebersihan bilik hanya boleh dikatakan sederhana 😳 bergantung pada pemahaman peribadi

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

Hotel easy to find, easy parking and short walk from parking lot. Real close to East Troy and plenty of restaurants and pubs . The pool area was clean, except a lot of dirt on bottom of hot tub. Our room was very spacious with 2 TVs but channels we eliminated from what the room book had printed. The divided bedroom room from a living room was very nice with a closable door. Built in ac/ heater in wall so no noisy window unit. The room was nicely remodeled with a modern feel. The bathroom was clean, the shower floor was very very slippery. Some cosmetic issues in bathroom, The continental breakfast was very limited but served it’s purpose. Over all we were very happy staying at this hotel and would return in the future.
