Hotel terbaik di West Hollywood

房間已網站的貼圖有很大出入，網站上的圖片都不是實景圖片，房間很小。前台入住時要4點才有房間，推薦加價升級房間，按理2點就應該給房間，由於長途勞累就不願意等待加價換房了！ 退房時不主動提供賬單，不讓確認，要求打印件後才發現被加收了停車費，壓根就沒有車！質疑後，回覆確認後將收費退還。其他還有一些雜七雜八的收費，各種税就沒有再多與其囉嗦了！ 酒店的整體標準不超4星，除了地理位置靠日落大道外沒有任何優越之處！

非常舒適的一家傳統美式酒店，環境好，位置好，餐廳牛排味道也不錯，服務人員態度也超好，有很多音樂元素，走之前好像邊兒上的畫廊還有活動，很多人正裝參加。如果是第一次來洛杉磯強推，周圍南面有一個傳統的farmer market，裏面吃的喝的應有盡有，完勝大中央市場。如果還有機會再來洛杉磯的話，這個酒店一定要多住兩晚，推薦…

We adore staying at this landmark hotel! It has a wonderful vibe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Tower Bar is a great place to catch up with family members who live in the area. It is a wonderful architectural art deco building. We always feel welcome here. The food is always good and served promptly. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Lokasinya sempurna, di tengah-tengah Hollywood Barat. Hiasannya menakjubkan dan lengkap. Tetapi saya tinggal selama satu minggu dan bilik tidak dibersihkan sepanjang masa, jadi tidak boleh dikatakan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Di sisi positifnya, kolam renang di atas bumbung sangat fotogenik. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Hotel location was great and short walk to restaurants and tourist areas. We checked in, threw our stuff in the room, and immediately left. Wasn’t until 10 or 11 when we returned to realize they didn’t put us in the king room we booked. That was disappointing but hotel was clean and roomy. We would stay again!

花小兩萬真的不太值 到點之後發現酒店附近全在施工 每天一到七點都巨吵無比 附近交通還算便利 酒店服務人員真的需要再多培訓培訓 這個價格和服務質量完全不成正比 總體來說一般吧 對這個酒店沒有太大的好感

This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Imagine fluorescent lights in the bathroom that need the ballast replaced so they can turn on properly again - but instead the hotel just leaves them as is and they struggle to put out a slight glow. Imagine contacting them to please set up the sofa bed because the two people staying in the room aren't a couple, and the hotel not only neglects to set up the sofa bed, they refuse to set it up other than to throw a bunch of sheets into your arms after you complain. That said, the location is very convenient if you need to be exactly in that part of town.

Fabulous place on Sunset Boulevard. Easy walk to Rainbow, Whiskey a Go Go, and Viper Room. 40 min walk to Hollywood walk of fame. 30 min walk to Beverly centre. Great spacious eclectic rooms. Bands or duos on at night Heated pool. Lovely staff. Special thanks to Nick who was always so friendly and helpful.

This was out first time staying at 1 Hotel West Hollywood and it is such a lovely, well appointed, and vibrant hotel!! There were so many people much younger than us staying here and we loved their energy and the sense of 1 Hotel being bit of ”happening place.” Service from all staff that we came into contact with was excellent. The stand out 1 Hotel employee to us was Tasha from 1 Kitchen where we ate breakfast. Her service and friendliness was simply exceptional. Check in (and check out) of the hotel was welcoming, friendly and efficient. We arrived from LAX late on a Thursday evening and when we went to the check in area it felt like we were in a club, as the cocktail/lounge area is in this area and they have a DJ playing Thursday evenings. We loved this though, we love music and loved how vibrant this area feels (possibly a little loud for staff checking people in) :) Our room was really clean, spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. From toiletries, to ironing board, robes, room safe, TV, fully stocked bar etc (I was very surprised that there were no free bottles of water upon check in. Even reusable water bottles like Sonder hotels give out to guests that are supposedly more environmentally friendly). Anyway I regress, our stay was excellent, and the hotel has wonderful amenities all round, from 1 Kitchen, to Harriet's Rooftop (lovely LA views - but definitely make an advance booking), to the pool and wellness area, to the downstairs cocktail bar/lounge and outdoor areas. Although West Hollywood is not close to LAX (approx. 45 min drive from airport dependent on LA traffic), or downtown LA, or Santa Monica etc there are lots of great eateries in this area and things to do. Down the Street is The Roxy, Whisky a Go Go, The Viper Room and if you love books check out Book Soup (a wonderful independent book store) as well as the fabulous The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappucino Maker for a delicious breakfast, and for dinner fabulous Cavatina at the Sunset Marquis. We will definitely try and return to this 1 Hotel down the track, we loved our stay and were sad for our stay to come to an end!!
