If you’re heading to Palm Beach, this is the place to stay. First of all it’s a lovely property and from check in with Jay and the great valet staff to check out with Kiersten, you will enjoy every moment of your stay. We received a complimentary upgrade because of our Marriott Bonvoy status and the front desk staff helped us find the most memorable and fun things to do. Definitely download the Circuit app that takes you all over the area for free. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely and the eggs were spectacular. The area is kept so clean and well stocked (even had gf toast!). The gym is well equipped and stocked nicely and the pool is delightful. There is great shopping nearby at the Square and don’t miss the rooftop restaurant at renovation hardware. Definitely not just a hardware store anymore! Spruzzo was the best nightlife at their rooftop bar with amazing views and music. The front desk staff also recommended a huge farmers market just a few streets away. Don’t miss it in season. You will be so glad you stayed here. I’m definitely coming back. Thanks again to everyone who helped us.

I evacuated my Mom from her independent living facility in Tampa to AKA WPB during Hurricane Milton. Mom is 90 years old and moves slowly with her walker. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly in welcoming us to the hotel after a stressful drive across the State. Andrew was an absolute godsend and assisted us with unloading everything from the car and taking it to our room. We later switched rooms to have more space, and Andrew helped us move our things a second time. I requested an extra table so I could set up a work station in my bedroom, and somone was at my door 10 minutes later with the table. Every interaction I had, or I witnessed other people have, with staff members was pleasant and accommodating. We stayed in a two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment that had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. I worked in my room, but there is also a business center and conference room on the 4th floor. The gym was clean and the equipment was in great shape. We enjoyed The Blind Monk restaurant and loved the little market downstairs. The only downside was the lack of furniture and a desk. There was only one small 2-seater couch for a space that could house 4 people. I would definitely recommend AKA for anyone looking for an apartment style room in WPB. Fabulous

We checked into this hotel for 11 nights because my daughter was having surgery in a nearby hospital. When choosing where to stay we considered Airbnb’s nearby for half the price and twice the space. The only reason we chose the hotel over the Airbnb was because we wanted housekeeping services and didn’t want to be busy cleaning when we knew we would be going back and forth to the hospital . Lo and behold, we are here on day 9 and housekeeping has shown up exactly once!! On day 2 we complained to the front desk who told us that they only clean the rooms every third day! Nowhere in the booking was this information disclosed! On day 5 we again complained as our room still wasn’t cleaned even once. Housekeeping showed up on day 6!! When I spoke to the front desk clerk she explained that they are having a lot of short term guests and can’t keep up with the housekeeping demands. Why is that my problem?? I will never again stay at a Hilton hotel. This was the worst experience ever!!

The stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there!

Had a good time, most American hotels are not a high quality compared to the European and middle eastern hotels where we spend most our time. However the service was pretty good, even if none of the employees had a degree in hospitality like most EU hotel staff has. Great value for money and friendly staff.

LldjellingtonGreat hotel in a business park close to the highway and airport. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious and some have balconies facing the courtyard. Beds are comfy but could use a thicker comforter. New carpet appears to be in place throughout rooms and hallways and the amenities (pool, exercise room, laundry) are kept up nicely. The lobby has a nice lower level area - booths with TVs for enjoying a drink or snack. I was most impressed with the staff - everyone in front desk to housekeeping to Bistro was great. All very friendly and helpful, from the gentleman in the cool letterman's jacket up front to Carrlyn in the Bistro. The Bistro menu is limited and were out of a few items but was OK for cocktails or snacks. We didn't try the breakfast as it seemed a bit sparse in choices. Pollo Tropical and Cracker Barrel are nearby for lunch/dinner options. Our stay was five days and we were completely satisfied. Good job Marriott, especially with staff.

AAshleigh LynneWe had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here because of reputation, price, comfort, and location in that order. The main issue I had was that the bed was not doo comfortable., it had that dip in the center from overabundance of use and needs to be replaced. One the other hand the room was clean and comfortable. nice tv, couch, bathroom, and mini fridge. Although I didn't use the pool it was clean and looked inviting. I did see some teenage in it and they seemed to like the pool. The breakfast was awesome and a great selection of hot and cold things. You will leave stuffed after breakfast included in the price by the way. Staff was really friendly. The location is about a mile off i95 and it took about 15 minutes to get the ”The square” which is a great eatery location and shops”, and the beach is another 5 minutes from there. It about 15 min from Mar-a-largo club if that's your thing to drive by and see his mansion. Overall a good stay and I'd recommend this hotel.

RRhonda CThis hotel is a hidden gem! I think it must be relatively new because it is impeccably Mai yes. The staff is super friendly And will do their best to make you happy. I had Melanie bring me a fresh cup of coffee at breakfast because she had just brewed it, and the front desk employee gave me another check after I checked out when I realized my flight was an hour later tha am I thought so I could hang out by the pool until I had to go. And the gym area is awesome. Great room, great restaurant, great staff and great amet.

PPengguna TetamuPlace looks a bit rundown from the outside. It is on a busy and noisy corner. It is right next door to a Target store, which is convenient and it is a nice Target. Rooms are dingy, but clean. The pool is the bomb! Very nice ”Old school” round pool in the center of the building; clean and sparkly. The Tiki Bar is lame, but a nice idea. Breakfast was lame, typical self-serve buffet. They did keep the area clean, so no complaints, just don't be looking for gourmet, it's just food. The one thing that was a rip-off was the shuttle to Sunfest: $45. An Uber was $15.

PPengguna TetamuDi mana untuk bermula? Saya sedang melalui dan membuat tempahan untuk satu malam. Saya mendaftar masuk lewat malam dan ada tetamu dengan anak kecil yang hanya melepak di luar bilik mereka. Saya mendapati ini ganjil kerana hari itu hampir tengah malam. Saya mendaftar masuk dan mereka juga beberapa tetamu yang berkeliaran di sekitar tempat itu. Semasa saya berjalan ke bilik saya, saya perhatikan bahawa kawasan umum hotel itu kotor dan kelihatan agak lapuk. Saya dapat mendengar ramai tetamu masih aktif di dalam bilik mereka juga. Membuka bilik saya dan ia berbau seperti asap rokok basi. Menyalakan lampu bilik dan lampu bilik mandi dan melihat seekor lipas memanjat dinding. Segala-galanya di dalam bilik memerlukan pengubahsuaian. Nampak lama dan digunakan dengan baik. Katilnya tidak selesa dan sangat padat. Saya tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi.
