Hotel terbaik di West Vero Corridor

Hotel is a Great location for the baseball tournament . Hotel is clean and workers are nice amenities made my day . I had forgotten my Shampoo when I saw the hotel provided conditioner and shampoo it made my day !

The premises were very clean. Room was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good except for the juice which tasted like concentrate mixed with chemical water.

I am currently staying here and am very pleased. I’m very particular about where I stay and do extensive research when choosing a hotel. My room is nice and clean. The breakfast has something for everyone. About six months ago someone decided to hack my account, book another reservation under my name and cancel my reservation. I spoke with Ray at the front desk and she was very helpful in making another reservation for me. Fast forward to check in day and I am unable to check in on my app. This is strange because I just stayed at another Marriott the prior week and had no problems. I speak with Teresa at the front desk who informs me that she tried to call me twice because there isn’t a credit card on file with my reservation. Unfortunately whoever hacked my account also changed my phone number. I explain everything to Teresa and she graciously upgrades my room for the inconvenience and takes steps to prevent someone from trying to fraudulently access my account again. Teresa went above and beyond what she was required to do. She seemed to genuinely care and I really appreciate all that she has done. We need more people like her! I have been a member for a very long time and Marriott has never disappointed.

I haven't stayed at the redone Surestay Best Western Hotel and it appears that I won't because they are not pet friendly. Their room rates are double of what we paid before and we always had great service, food, and accommodations when the hotel was Country Inn and Suites. We come from down south and go up to Vero Beach because it is so much fun. We love it in Vero. We always have a wonderful time. We bring two of our dogs to enjoy the experience with us and that was the best part of the trip in that we were able to stay with them at the hotel. So never again since this hotel is not pet friendly. We will just have to take our business elsewhere. I am very disappointed in this change.

Great hotel for the night! My wife and I were visiting her family with our newborn, who was on her first big trip. We got in late and Enrique was awesome! Took care of everything we needed and was able to give some food options nearby. Breakfast and morning workers were equally as awesome and we're super understanding with us needing extra things for a newborn. Definitely will be staying there again when we visit the in laws again

I have stayed at this property 10 times since Jan 2023. I was traveling tow work each time. During this work assignment my company booked me at this hotel the most. I did stay at a few other hotels in the area during this time as well. I will say the hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. They did a great job. The property is just off I 95 to the immediate west. Getting to the property you have to drive into the Vero Beach outlet mall driveway and then make a left turn. It shares a road with Cracker Barrel restaurant as well. Very convenient and the closest walkable hotel to the Outlet mall. The hotel is above standards good clean rooms ( I recommend the second or third floor) comfortable beds good room amenities microwave, coffee ,maker , mini fridge. Room was always clean and in working order. Buffet Breakfast at the hotel was excellent - Eggs every day, biscuits and gravy, some kind of breakfast meat ( bacon, sausage) pancakes, sweet rolls, yogurt, fruit, cereal, breads muffins bagels. I would say breakfast here is in the top two for the hotels off I 95 in Vero Beach. Hotel also has a pool and exercise room. I really felt very comfortable during my many nights here. I possibly may need to lodge in Vero again in tue coming months again on occasion and I would for sure return here.
