Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». From the amazing receptionists to the rockstars handling the restaurant, I felt like home. 14000 km away, I did feel like hold. Thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, to name a few, Edder, Junior and Ewing - my experience turned great! I spent 3 days there but it was an awesome experience. To sum it up - if you are ever stuck, Lidotel is the place to go.

Les confieso que jamás me había hospedado en este hotel y es excelente, sus instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y mantenidas, muy limpio todo, el A/A a una temperatura muy agradable entre 23/24 Grados C, las habitaciones amplias, insonorizadas, buen baño con todo los amenities, todos los sistemas de seguridad, buen WIFI en todas las instalaciones y la ubicación inmejorable, salida hacia El Rosal, El Bosque, Las Mercedes, Chacao, Las Mercedes, Country Club, Avdas. Libertador, Fco. Solano, Fco. de Miranda y Ppal Las Mercedes. Al lado del CC Chacaito y BECO, muchos puntos de comida cerca y el metro al lado.

I stayed at Melia regarding a conference for almost one week. The hotel is big, clean, staff are very kind and helpfull. Food is good. The neighboor ir full off stores and big streets like avenidas. You can feel completely safe in the hotel and dont need to go so fat away to buy thing, the are already a lot of stores next to the hotel including a new builed mall.

This is an excellent hotel for international travellers. You will not find a better hotel in Caracas with the facilities and service it has to offer. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped and modern, with modern fitted shower rooms. There is a roof terrace with a pool which is popular, so a great place to relax in the evening and be social. The gym is one of the biggest in Caracas and is very popular with locals so a great place to hang out and get to comfortably mix with local people. The gym has all the equipment that you would find in a dedicated purpose built gym, including squat racks, huge range of free weight, benches, cable machines and of course cardio machines. The service is excellent as well, the reception is very helpful and I found them very accommodating to any guest needs I may have. The staff look after the hotel and it is regularly cleaned and common areas are kept in very good order. There is security at the front which provides secure entry in the evening times. The hotel is in the centre of Caracas located in a metropolitan area so it is safe to move around in as a international. If you do visit this hotel I would recommend the Millennium cafe around the corner next to Panadería La Crossantina. There are great local Venezuelan dishes offered there, and can pay with card. If you are looking for modern, comfortable living at great value, you will not find better than this hotel. Este es un excelente hotel para viajeros internacionales. No encontrará un hotel mejor en Caracas con las instalaciones y el servicio que tiene para ofrecer. Me he alojado en este hotel en varias ocasiones y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son modernas, con modernos cuartos de ducha equipados. Hay una terraza en la azotea con una piscina que es popular, por lo que es un gran lugar para relaj**** por la noche y socializar. El gimnasio es uno de los más grandes de Caracas y es muy popular entre los lugareños, por lo que es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y mezcl**** cómodamente con la gente local. El gimnasio tiene todo el equipo que encontrará en un gimnasio especialmente diseñado, incluidos soportes para sentadillas, una amplia gama de pesas, bancos, máquinas de cable y, por supuesto, máquinas de cardio. El servicio es excelente también, la recepción es muy útil y los encontré muy complacientes con las necesidades de los huéspedes que pueda tener.
