Hotel terbaik di Ninh Hòa

The resort is located by the beach, the facility (pool, room in the villa, garden...) is good. The only concern is the staff (not helpful, especially the staff work at the restaurant), the food of breakfast is empty earlier than closing time 1 hour. The good thing is the beach, which is kept clean.

Très bel établissement, beaucoup de verdure, chambre très propre, bien équipées, bon wifi… Personnel très sympathique et professionnel. Bon petit déjeuner buffet très varié La manager Alice est très professionnelle. Vous vous sentirez très bien au Pax Ana Merci pour votre accueil et à bientôt

On this trip to Nha Trang, my family and I chose An Lam. This is a very correct decision. The hotel has an elegant environment, rich activities, and the service staff are warm and friendly. Special thanks to our housekeeper Thom, a beautiful and lovely little girl, for taking good care of us and specially preparing a birthday cake for My husband, so that we could spend this unforgettable three-day holiday!

My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. Плюсы: -ухоженная и красивая зеленая территория территория, стильные общественные пространства -просторный современный номер, брали панорамный вид, правда дали 2 этаж из 8, на стойке сказали, что ваша номеров нет -большой комфортный бассейн с удобной глубиной 1,3-1,5 метра -красивая и чистая территория пляжа -вежливый персонал Минусы: -завтрак для европейца скудный, хотя отель позиционируется как 5*. Завтрак оценили бы на 3, голодным не уедешь, но не насладишься -толпа привезенных китайцев, фотографирующих моего голубоглазого ребенка. Громкие, орущие, хлопающие, абсолютно бестактные и назойливые. Их привезли на несколько часов на территорию отеля, они как саранча. Мешали отдыху, я деньги заплатила за спокойную атмосферу и удаленность, а получила все наоборот. Ужасно! -за три раза на завтраке нам не принесли приборы и стойку с салфетками, хотя другим видели что приносили, нам несложно самим взять, но опять же, отель позиционирует себя как 5* и такое замечаешь. -в ванне нельзя настроить температуру воды, ребенок замерз и я замёрзла тоже, хотя номер выбирала из-за ванны

Отель очень красивый, в красивом месте, тишина и спокойствие, бунгало очень симпатичные, удобные, было грузновато в номере-бунгало, а именно пол был не помыт. Сервиса в отеле практически нет, питание в ресторане не очень, на завтрак можно выбрать одно блюдо из маленького меню. Но в этот отель однозначно стоит ехать ради видов и природы.

уютный отель. маленькая территория. пляжа нет. не искупаться. бассейн чистый. персонал отличный.
