Прожили в этом отеле трое суток. Нас устроило абсолютно все. Расположение отличное, у реки, в тихом месте, рядом горы и живописные рисовые поля. Туристический центр и причал для лодок в пещеры недалеко. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые и заботливые люди. Организовали нам недорого поездку к пещере Парадайз. В номере чисто, кровати и постель- отличные, кондиционер и вентилятор работают, насекомых нет, санузел чистый, просторный и красиво оформлен. Двери нашего номера выходят прямо к бассейну. Во всем отеле тишина. Всё отлично!

Loved the little bungalow, super clean (no bugs) which is lovely. The family who own it super welcoming and friendly. Who doesn’t love a comfortable bed and great Ac. All you need when travelling.
Even arranged for us to get a scooter for the days we was there.
If we are ever back we will defo be returning to the bungalows.

We had the most amazing stay here the hosts were so kind and friendly. The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. We also got free breakfast which was a bonus and was super delicious aswell. We also rented a scooter from them aswell only coasting us 150,000VND and it was very helpful for getting around and going down to their local restaurant (the lantern restaurant) highly recommended going there aswell! The owners were SO helpful and booked our bus for us to our next destination in Vietnam and also booked a cave tour for us aswell which is worth doing when you in Phong Nha. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us. 😁

Persekitaran kelas pertama dan lanskap kelas pertama. Anda boleh berenang, berbaris dan keluar dari bilik sesuka hati, gaya keluarga, ramah, komunikasi Bahasa Inggeris bukan penghalang, sarapan tidak kaya tetapi mencukupi, tiga kali makan sehari cukup, harganya sangat berpatutan. Terdapat sedikit lagi nyamuk, dan ia dapat difahami. Bagaimanapun, itu adalah persekitaran semula jadi, dan tidak menjadi masalah jika pintu ditutup. Lain kali saya datang untuk tinggal di sini, tenang dan selesa, Oxali berada berdekatan

I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

I took a trip alone to Quang Binh and it is absolutely a right choice to stay at Doan Gia. From facility, location to staff, everything is amazing. The hotel's room rate is little bit higher than others in the area but it is really value for money, especially when you buy a combo with room, tour to cave (which is exclusively run by Doan Gia) and glamping in the forest is definitely worth a try. Thank you An - the director and the best tour guide, Minh - the porter and the best cook and all staff at Doan Gia for a wonderful trip.

YYuzawa Ichikaオーナーは人柄がよく、連絡を細かくとってくれました。わたしがフエから電車でホテルに行こうとしていましたが、それでは便が悪いので、フエからバスで来るといいと教えてくれ、バスチケットもとってくれました。わたしが途中で迷わなかったのはオーナーのおかげです。また、宿は自然の中にあり、心が落ち着く場所です。インテリアに無駄なものはありませんが、それがまた良くて過ごしやすいです。中庭にはプールがありました。中庭からレストランに入れるオープンな造りがユニークでわたしはとても好きです。帰りはタクシーを呼んでくれました。タクシーの運転手も知り合いのようで、中まで荷物を取りに来てくれました。レストランの食事や飲み物の種類は豊富で味がいいです。レストランだけの利用もできます。雰囲気はとてもアットホーム、また利用したいです。

PPengguna TetamuThe staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience.
The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop.
Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy.
We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus.
Would definitely recommend!

They were so accomadating and I had the best meal I’ve had since traveling for 2 months. It is a family run hotel and they are the loveliest family ever and just seem so genuine we only had 12 hours in phong nha however if we had longer we would defiantly stay here .

- L’hôtel est correcte MAIS attention le personnel nous arnaque. Nous avons utilisé leur service de massage, nous avons choisit la formule de 60 min, en traduisant en vietnamien et en nous assurant qu’ils avaient bien compris. Au final ils nous ont fait la formule de 90 min, sans montre pour que nous puissions vérifier l’heure, et évidemment nous avons dû payer le double. Nous avons réservé le bus de l’hôtel pour visiter Hué une autre ville, sous insistance du personnel qui nous avait assuré d’une arrivée à 12h pour un départ à 9h. Nous avons finalement mis le double, ce qui est très fâcheux lorsqu’on visite une ville par jour. Et quand nous avons demandé au chauffeur, ce dernier nous a dit que cela était normal et que l’erreur venait de l’hôtel. Faites attention, ils vous arnaquent en toute âme et conscience. Évidemment aucune justification quand on essaye de joindre le personnel pour explication. INADMISSIBLE. The hotel is ok BUT be careful the staff is scamming us. We used their massage service, we chose the 60 min formula, translating into Vietnamese and making sure they understood. In the end they gave us the 90 min formula, without a watch so we could check the time, and obviously we had to pay double. We booked the hotel bus to visit Hue another city, at the insistence of the staff who had assured us of an arrival at 12pm for a departure at 9am. We finally make double, which is very annoying when you visit a city per day. And when we asked the driver, he told us that this was normal and that the mistake came from the hotel. Be careful, they are ripping you off with all conscience. Obviously no justification when you try to contact the staff for an explanation. UNACCEPTABLE.

PPengguna TetamuWe absolutely loved our time here, it was the perfect location for us and the hosts were brilliant from start to finish. As such I'll put up a video on our YT channel 66tripsleft within the next month, this will have lots of footage. I was a little concerned about the location being a bit too far out from the town but it was fine, with a few little stores and restaurants within walking distance, although we liked eating at the hotel, by the pool, with a view of the river. This felt like a real homestay, it's run by a family who are always available and it's got such a lovely vibe because of this, with enquiries/drinks dealt with by Hung, meals cooked by his wife, reasonable rates for everything (food, drink, laundry). There's a couple of cycles you can borrow for free. Hung organised a scooter for us for which we paid him (150k dong/day), it was delivered to us and picked up after we left, all perfect. This enabled us to visit Paradise Cave and Dark Cave for a total 1.4million dong (£46), whereas with a tour you will be paying over 1.2 million for each person, per trip, plus having to do it all at the same time as every over tour. It meant we could arrive at Paradise Cave at 11:30 just as every coach was leaving, we had the place almost to ourselves. I've already suggested Phong Nha to a view people and I've recommend the Restful River too, for a brilliant trip. I don't really have anything negative but as others had said the only issue was the combination of westerner used to soft beds and standard firm Vietnamese (SE Asian) mattresses. If you're coming to Vietnam and spending this sort of money on a hotel then that's what you're going to get everywhere, so come prepared like we did and bring a hiker's small self-inflating airbed, works a treat!

FFeatherman PeteClosed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon.
Good breakfast.
Great location for bus services.
Poor customer service for tourist amenities.
Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting.
I left before staying my second night.
I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete

The room was cool and offered a spectacular view of the Son River and the limestone hills facing us. There were several quiet places to sit, whether on our private balcony or either of the two decks all overlooking the river. The meals we enjoyed were local dishes, all were delicious, Beer, water and soft drinks were readily available. The rooms were cosy. They did not have a fridge but the showers were strong and refreshing. A great host made the stay relaxing, informative and enjoyable.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.
