Covid-19 heeft wel invloed op het 1 en ander, de restaurants waren gesloten, weinig gasten maar toch maakte men het gezellig en was het hotel helemaal in Kerstsfeer. Ik had een kamer op de 11de verdieping. De kamer is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, ruime badkamer, voldoende kastruimte en een goed bruikbaar bureau met een stopcontact. Echter de 11de verdieping heeft zo zijn ongemakken, de wind giert om het hotel. Verder ligt het hotel aan een T-kruising van de doorgaande provinciale weg en een aanvoer weg naar het industrieterrein.Tot ca. 11 uur 's avonds gaat het vrachtverkeer door en begint weer om een uur of 5 in de morgen. En die mensen gebruiken zo graag hun claxon. Het ontbijt is hoofdzakelijk op de regio gericht maar er zijn voor westerlingen genoeg alternatieven in gekookte en gebakken eieren, worstwaren, kaas, cornflaxes en yoghurt. Alleen de broodrooster is wat traag, na ca. 20 keer was het brood eindelijk een beetje verkleurd. Al en al een goed hotel maar oorplugjes zijn een vereiste.
