From owner down, everyone was friendly, accommodating, helpful nothing was too much for them. The rooms very commutable, neat and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent and tasty. I would recommend staying there if you are ever in the area, you won't be disappointed.

I usually only book four star rated accommodation but wanted to be very close to Storms River Mouth and decided to book at Andelomi Forest Lodge for one night. When I called to ask whether we can put our cooler box in the room prior to check-in I was assured that it will be no problem. On arrival I was surprised with the size of the room. Our room was modern with a little seating area facing a stream. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The room had a coffee/tea station but no fridge. The design of the room and the small touches showed that the owners took the requirements of guests into consideration when they built the rooms. There are also some little extras like tissues etc. which one does not expect at this price range. Staying at Storms River Village allowed us to go back to Tsitsikamma National Park the next day to do the Waterfall Hike after completing the Kayak and Lilo adventure the day before. We had breakfast at the property the next morning. We chose to sit outside facing the garden while enjoying our breakfast. We thought it would be a buffet breakfast but we could order eggs and we were served fresh fruit - it was beautifully presented. I dealt with Brittany but the entire team seem to take pride in serving guests at this establishment. I won't hesitate to stay at Andelomi Forest Lodge again in the future.

When we arrived I would say the greeting was cold . When asked to be shown our room we only got pointed directions . When asked for assistance with baggage they didn't want to know. The room was tiny compared to all the other locations we had stayed in on our garden route golden tour the bathroom has a tin roof the the bed headboard is corporate tin along with Plastic chairs and a tiny bed. I then get an industrial vibe theme but it don't work. We googled the rooms prior going and on their site there is no mention or photos of the Barn rooms . Had we seen we would have not booked . Later a group arrived and all staff helped transfer their baggage. Very dissatisfied and I felt they have also mislead Trialfinders our tour organiser . The suites around the village green look so much better than ours all with soft seating inside and out

Ficamos apenas 1 diária neste hotel, durante nossa passagem pela Garden Route. O hotel é muito bom para isso, na chegada ficamos um pouco assustados, pois o hotel fica bem em frente à uma comunidade, porém não vimos e nem tivemos contratempo. O espaço externo do hotel é bem agradável. Internamente o hotel é pequeno, mas fomos bem atendidos. O quarto é bom, porém nossa grande dificuldade é que não tinha banheiro no quarto! No check in recebemos uma chave do quarto e outra do banheiro, o qual não possuía chuveiro, apenas banheira, e nesse ponto não gostamos. O wi-fi do quarto estava muito ruim. O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções, mas suficiente para iniciar o dia.

Super super nice hostel, with amazing services and facilities!!! The staff there provided great and helpful tips and assistance on the planning of exploring the city, and the bar next to the campfire is another level. The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and comfy too. Staying at the 14-mixed bedroom but the bathrooms and beds are really clean. Glad to stay at Tube n Axe and would definitely go back again!!
