Lokasi hotel baik, tetapi terlalu bising. Terdapat pemampat udara di tingkat bawah untuk penggunaan 24 jam. Bilik berbau busuk.

Excellent location clean rooms Great service and friendly staff.

Bed are a little too stiff

Stayed here for a consulate interview booked for 7 days worst mistake ever , as soon as u walk in the lobby/hotel smells like sunken water , the hotel is very outdated it was raining a couple days we were there and part of the roof was leaking water , the rooms have thermostat to make u believe u Can control the temperature of the room but you can’t they control it they turn on and off your ac or heater when ever they feel like it , the act like maintenance will come fix it but they know that the problem is that they control it internally , after the 7 days we moved to holiday inn suites and express it’s closer to the U.S consulate and it so nice the rooms no smell ac/ heaters work no foul smell ..don’t stay here dated 3/7/2024 NO se queden aquí huele feo en cuanto entras al hotel no se dejen engañar por las fotos el aire ellos lo controlan lo apagan y prenden cuando ellos quieren mejor quedarse en el holiday inn suites express aya nos movimos y 10/10 recomendado

It was great until the last night. We had to stay longer over the weekend because of the USA counselete said my wife needed to come back on Monday so we needed to stay longer. I asked the people at the front desk if i could stay until 3pm in the room because check out was at 12. They saod sure no problem then right at 12 pm they called me and said i need to leave or pay for an extra day. My wife was gone i was by myself workimg on line. I needed to quit my session working on line pack up everything and leave. When my wife came i told her what happened they denied saying we could stay an extra 3 hours we where in this hotel for 7 days spent alot of money there on food etc. They treated us very bad but only the last dau. The bartender Erick was awesome though very helpful and friendly.

We had a very unpleasant stay. The heating system was not working and our room was freezing! Apparently no other rooms were available.

There was an unconvenient with electricity at midnight... Electricity comes back again at 4:00 am

Heater does not work room was cold all night long and room was not well clean mirrors and windows were all dirty floor does not look too clean and towels were too old not comfortable at all

there was a day when no hot water was available at shower. toilet tab is not clean enough.

The rooms was a bit cold, we called hotel service for some to come up to turn on the heater, but no one came. The safe box was not working. We call room service to help us with that safe box but we were told ignored!!

Too old my room. Electric accessories and furniture in bad conditions. The room that was assigned to me is missing a lot of maintenance
