Room and bathroom very dirty ! Had to wait 20 minutes to check in as the room was not ready! ………………………………………………………….

Paid for a premium plus room as this had a rainfall shower. I have mobility issues but found the room had a bath. The replacement room had a mattress which dipped badly but the hotel doesn’t change its mattresses until June

DONT EXPECT THE WI FI TO WORK . !!!! PAID FOR ULTIMATE WI FI .... GOT CONSTANT TIME OUT. RIDICULOUS . How can you charge your guests to pay for wi fi and not provide what you take money for? This is not acceptable at all . Rubbish rubbish and even more rubbish.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past and I have to say the breakfast offering during my latest stay was not value for money. Nothing was replenished in a timely manner. At one point there was only a few sausages and some bacon on the hot plate. Too many people to be serviced by the limited members of staff present. £10.99 per person is really not value for money from my experience. I would look elsewhere for your breakfast before you part with your money.

The bed was so comfy. Pillows were soft. Friendly staff. Able to look after my bags even though check in was not open. Shame I had to come home. Were able to answer any questions I had. Good view of the car park and the sea front. Not a far walk from anything

Welcoming & friendly staff, right on the seafront. Easy to park. Seaview room that was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate in returning. Exceeded expectations Only downside for me is that there were no opening windows and the room was a tad warm for me at 19 degrees

Hotel fine. Bed good. Breakfast waste of time and money. Too many people for one chef to cope. Got moved from the table we sat at and took so long to get served didn’t get full breakfast. Toast went cold.

Allison and Denise gave us a friendly, welcoming dinning experience. Thank you!! It's our first time in clactoon on sea and though there wasn't many places to eat out, so choose to eat in the restaurant, best decision we were served by Allison and Denise who bossed the floor and reception making sure everyone was given a friendly attentive service. The food was also really nice.
