I was so happy to stay here enroute to Columbus… I was driving from the Detroit area; I did not want to drive 3 1/2 hours one morning to meet my sister at Easton. Tina and Beth at the front desk were just so wonderful… Loved the Meijer convenience right behind this charming freeway-side hotel. I’m so glad I stayed here… The bed was so incredibly comfortable… everyone working was so pleasant, and I was able to book with Tina right over the phone. They even called me the next day when I left a pair of reading glasses in the room, which I ultimately didn’t need, but that was so thoughtful! I highly recommend the Marion Baymont Wyndham!

Extraordinary service and friendliness from the wonderful front desk clerk Tina. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was rather noisy due to the boisterous young clientele, but I felt safe and appreciated the security cameras in the halls and the attentive service. Breakfast selection was good. Didn't have a chance to use the fitness center and pool. Meijer within a minute's walk was very convenient. I will come back any time I'm traveling through the area again!

We were travelling with a pet, so could not stay at the hotel we normally used while in this area. This was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All staff was pleasant and helpful. We will use this motel again when we are in the area.

This location is only marginally clean in the common areas, although our room was reasonably clean. The staff is horrible. We were met with a clerk who was unable to check us in without assistance, and that was after we were subjected to listening to her personal phone call (complete with foul language) while waiting for her to help us. If you are an Elite BW Rewards member, you will not receive any of your bonuses at this hotel. No bottled water. No bonus points.

There was a lot of noise from hallway and other rooms throughout night. Heater was making a lot of noise.The blackout curtains were not fitting and I had to prop a chair to block the street light. There were blood stains on blackout curtains. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I had very poor sleep The first room I checked in didn't have hot water in bathroom. The second room didn't feel very clean. The electric outlets were loose and I had to go around the room to plug my phone charger. The only reason I didn't give very poor overall rating was good breakfast and friendly kitchen lady. I was unhappy with everything else.

This place was a disaster from the get go. They couldn't run my credit card because their system was down, so they just made 2 copies of my license and credit card to keep (probably forever). Now I have to watch my credit card statements for fraud. Every single carpet in this establishment was dirtier than any other carpet you've ever seen. It didn't get better when I got to my room and there was just dirt on the floor that a basic vacuum would have gotten up, but they didn't bother with that. Based on the overall cleanliness of the place, I didn't dare try the breakfast. If they leave the things you can see that dirty, what are they doing with the places you can't see?

I went on a solo trip and wanted to stay in a cheap BW since I was alone, and I found this place. There are some cool shops around and a lot of food. The rooms smelled a bit like smoke, but otherwise were clean. Bed was comfy. Front desk was super nice and helpful. I’d stay here again for sure.

We got to your hotel at 2pm which I know check in is 3pm. I was told to come back at 3pm which is fine. We come back at 3 and they said it is going to be another hour because the people who were in our room just checked out at 3pm. We were going to see family and need to take our stuff out of our vehicle & put it in our room, So I was really mad at this point and asked if we could get some kind of discount. They said they would give us 10% discount, which I think we should have gotten more. We went in our hotel room & it smelled of mildew, the couch & chair in the room had stains all over it & was ripped. The cushions were so flattened it wasn't even something you could sit on, very uncomfortable. The sink in the room by the table was clogged and wouldn't drain. The jacuzzi was used once & when it was it smelled like something was burning. On the first night of our stay at 1am we heard this loud noise that sounded like a helicopter in our room, I called the front desk and she said it sounded like the A/C or the hot tub in the next room. She just said the hotel was old & there was nothing she could do about it. I told the front desk about all of this before I checked out and she said nothing, not sorry, not offering us a discount, acted like she didn't care. This will be the last time we stay at this hotel. We usually stay at the country inn and suites right next to it, I wish we would have. What a waste of $283 dollars for 2 nights. The hotel was a dump & was afraid we would catch something sitting in the living room area on that nasty couch. We had to take blankets & cover them with it to sit on it, & when we sat down all we felt was the bar from the pull out bed. I feel we should be refunded our stay because it was just unacceptable. The lady that works the front desk during the day was really rude & acted like it wasn't her problem. The lady that worked the 3-11 shift was nice and said she was sorry we couldn't check in at 3. I have pictures of the couch and the jacuzzi area in our room. We stayed 2 nights. This hotel is very outdated and needs cleaned up. We even saw some shady stuff when we looked out of the window in the parking lot. There was a vehicle there and 5 different people were getting in and out of this car and then leaving. AVOID THIS HOTEL, it’s ghetto trash. Hotel needs updated or demolished.
