I had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-designed. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities were exactly what I needed. The staff was welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. Location-wise, it was perfect—close enough to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

I had a three-night reservation, but I was charged an additional $175 short-stay fee, plus $50 in service fees. The short-stay fee was never disclosed during the booking process, which was disappointing. I was also denied room service because of my short stay. Considering the additional $175 fee, I would have expected room service to be included. Overall, The Berkley is always a nice place to stay with family, and I've enjoyed my visits. However, it would be helpful if all additional fees and any service restrictions were clearly disclosed before booking so guests know exactly what to expect.

The 2 king 2 bedroom suite was very roomy for our family of 4. To our surprise it came with 2 kitchens one in each room. There were some mystery stains on our ceiling and bed headboard but the things we touched and used were all kept very clean. Pools were refreshing. Great family atmosphere around the resort. Parking was rough in the evenings and late at night. We had to park outside the gates in a 2nd not enclosed lot.
