Helaian kami tidak ditukar Atas satu katil tapi syukur katil lain bersih. Dinding, lantai lama, bernoda. Kemudahan bilik minima. Sekali lagi bilik itu bersih kebanyakannya… bilik mandi bersih Saya bersyukur. Sarapan paginya cukup enak ia segar. Pelayan dapur adalah sangat sopan dan sopan. Dia hebat. Petang kakitangan meja sangat membantu membuat salinan peta untuk saya dan pengurus memberi saya diskaun yang saya tidak sedar…. Hotel being remodeled. New remodeling with a vanity that is so small nothing can sit on it. NO TOILET PAPER HOLDER, Not enough plugs for curling iron, blow drier, Remodeled but used old ivory switch plates and plug covers. Nothing was plugged in the plugs in the room. Not enough plugs for coffee maker, micro, and fridge, only 2 can be used. ONLY 1 NIGHT STAND, other one a little room. A/C so loud had to sleep with ear plugs needs replaced. Breakfast great and serving staff the best.

Always liked this hotel. Stayed there recently and Walked in to urine all over toilet seat. Carpet smelled dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. Found paper /crumbs on floor. Someone didn’t clean that room!!!! Perhaps room needs checked before you say it is ready! Also, front desk lady was not friendly. She didn’t seem too concerned about the dirty bathroom. Also , normally I get thanked for our Marriott status. She did not. I feel more welcomed when they do that! The “ new “ breakfast sandwiches with the fake eggs are awful. All processed food! Do better with breakfast !

I along with a team of colleagues stayed at the Bridgeport TownePlace for several months while working on a project in the area and can't say enough good things about the awesome staff and their willingness to accommodate our team. Even at a place like TownePlace that offers many homey creature comforts like a kitchenette and free laundry, being away from home for extended periods of time isn't always the greatest, but Ms. Rainie at the front desk in particular showed a willingness to go the extra mile to show great customer service and help make our extended stay away from home a little more bearable.
