Hotel 2 Bintang di Clarksville

The deskclerk on check in was wonderful, the night one was horrible, rude, and straight out needs to be removed! We traveled all day, I am handicapped and was hurting so went done to lobby to find snack so could take pain pill. Breakfast was added to our room fee so took banana and received lecture made to show card and room number and advised I couldn’t come back in hour when opened breakfast as she wasn’t going to refill the food since I couldn’t wait even though I already explained issue to her. I don’t know how hard it is to replace 1 banana. She continued her tyrant as I waited for elevator and almost wished I would have skipped the banana and threw up all over her lobby instead! This was so uncalled for especially when price of room was over 150.00. Being ill didn’t shower or use anything but toilet and one damn banana! While packing checked under bed and beside night stand for items I may have dropped and found gobs of food, pizza, & popcorn! Also boxes and other trash (not small items either which really causes me to question how cleaning is done!) The facility appeared well kept and clean but was later obvious that was just superficial. Bed was not horrible but not comfortable either. Shower faucets dripped all night DRIP DRIP DRIP otherwise quiet and comfortable. Also important to note the breakfast I was charged for and denied other than a banana was pre-made heat and go gas station type stuff therefore clearly easy to see why she was so stressed about replacing one banana! This place was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was yummy. My friends and I had a great time catching up with each other in this relaxing environment.

Lokasi yang sesuai & bilik bersih yang bagus. Sangat tenang dan mempunyai pencahayaan yang baik di tempat letak kereta. Telah menjadi tempat tinggal baru saya di Clarksville.

For a Hampton Inn it is exactly as it should be. It’s an older hotel with some updates. Room was clean. You shower in a bathtub which can be tricky for some people. At our age we’d rather have a walk in shower. There was an extra blanket available. Room fridge was a bit larger than most square hotel refrigerators. No freezer compartment but our water bottle did actually freeze so it was plenty cold! Breakfast was typical for Hampton Inn. Syrup containers for the waffles were in plastic tubes- like Go-gurts come in. They were a bit tricky to open- can’t imagine a kid being able to open these! We checked in on New Years Eve but the hotel was very quiet. No cookies in the trays but maybe the New Years Eve staff didn’t feel the need to make them. We are traveling south and would absolutely stay again on our way back north if the price was reasonable.

I love staying in different hotels you know just to check out the service unless like a secret shopper you know what I mean but secret hotel shopper that's what I call it.
