Nice breakfast, polite reception staff and they able to speak english fluently. So its relieving. Location is very good. The city is walkable to explore. Very bad we only stay for 1nights.

Le Check in et check out se sont bien déroulés, le personnel donne des recommandations de bonnes adresses dans la ville et la région. Quant au petit déjeuner, il était bon et diversifié, c’est la cerise sur le gâteau.
Seul petit bémol c’est la petite taille des chambres et la sonorisation avec la rue adjacente.
- Breakfast time for weekend is until 10:30 but at 10am, some foods/ fruits were not refilled probably due to only our family were the last (arrived 9:30). The lady staff refused to refill the bacon cos no more guests will eat but when the man staff heard he said yes he will do. The lady at first didn’t want to fix the egg boiling machine but when I tried to explained both English and French that I couldn’t boil the eggs properly since yesterday, then she agreed to refill the water in the boiling machine. It was dirty and not enough water in that. When we were eating and the time was almost 10:30 (6/oct) the same lady asked us to clear the dishes, look like she wanted to chase us away. It was impolite to treat the guest like that. My son couldn’t finish 3 croissants leftover, he took with him, she said that can’t take and must pay. I replied these 3 croissants will be thrown away anyway, why? She still said need to pay!!! She was so impolite. I expected she explained us more politely and allowed us to sit eating peacefully. - parking: we drove few times to find the parking place but unfortunately there were no parking place except finding at the public area. - The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and provided very good service especially at our arrival day (4/10)and made so fast pizza for our family. The morning staff on our checkout day (6/10) was also helpful. - the room is clean and we met staff, were friendly.

A nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is reasenable according American standards. Pancake machine was broken. Good coffee and drinks. I missed any any cheese or meat for my bread. What could be better? Less loud music. Overall: is was a good stay and I will come again

Vetri delle finestre molto sporchi. Testata del letto strappata. In Italia un 4 stelle ha un servizio decisamente superiore. Peccato perché la posizione è centrale e con pochi ritocchi mirati potrebbe essere all'altezza di un vero 4 stelle.

Superbe hôtel, bien placé à côté de la place Jaude, à 500m environ d'un parking et de la Maison de la Culture pour un spectable pour nous. Personnel acceuillant et agréable, petite attention personnalisé sur le lit. Grand choix au petit déjeuner et superbe restaurant.

En formation sur 5 jours, nous avons eu un service exceptionnel par Jérôme, Mattheo et Naissati. Malheureusement, la restauration est à déplorer : plats non équilibrés (pas ou peu de légumes), et lors d’une « erreur de choix » dans nos plats, le cuisinier Julien s’est montré désagréable et impoli, voire agressif jusqu’à venir nous parler très mal à notre table. Attitude totalement non professionnelle. De plus, la nourriture est grasse, baigne dans l’huile et difficile à digérer. J’aurais à ajouter sur l’accueil par une personne de la réception mais je finirais d’enfoncer le clou. Établissement à fuir.
