Nice room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. 10 min. Walk to rock n roll hall of fame. Lots of eating places to walk to. Just wish the valet wasn't so pricey. Didn't use the in and out so just sat there for 2 nights. Should be cheaper for that. Overall a great place to stay.

We stayed here for the location to the huntington convention center. The room was clean and fully stocked for our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quiet and the view was great.

Was near the waterfront and had nice service staff. Hotel was abit old and toilet was abit small. Overall a decent stay

Lokasi hotel adalah baik. Lobinya cantik. Tetapi pemandangan bilik tidak bagus 👎 hotel di pusat bandar Cleveland adalah benar-benar di bawah. Berbanding dengan rumah lain, meja depan tidak cukup murah, malah botol air adalah $4 sebotol. Kemudahan bilik adalah moden.

The hotel is very unique and the staff members are super friendly. Especially the bartenders and James and John the shuttle drivers. The shuttle is so convenient and takes you in a 2 mile radius. The only negative was the elevators were not working properly so you had to wait for a staff member take you up or down. The friendly staff helped make up for the elevator inconvienence. And the food was delicious!

總體尚可，但也就是國內全季水平，這個和國內英迪格酒店的定位大相徑庭，這一點國內來的朋友要有所準備，除了前台基本不要對服務抱有期望，這個是疫情後美國酒店的通常情況。

Stayed the same weekend that both the baseball and football teams were playing at home, so all the hotel rooms in Cleveland were over priced. This was the most reasonably priced, was only 20 minutes from the ballfield. Appreciate the ability to check in early online and pick your own room. Although the hotel is right by the airport, the soundproofing is great and we did not hear any of the planes. Could actually see the planes coming in to land which was neat. The room was spacious, had a king size bed. The room was clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciated the Keurig in the room, as there was no coffee available in the lobby. The TV in the room was actually quite large in size compared to most.We did not try the hotel room service or a restaurant as we mainly just used it to sleep. The blackout shades were not the most effective and would have appreciated if housekeeping did not knock in the morning when we had left the privacy sign on the door. Noon checkout time is great. Overall very solid establishment, Do appreciate hotels that for the same price provide free breakfast in the morning but this was not one of them.
