Excellent room. Staff is wonderful friendly and meets ur needs

The room was dirty with stains everywhere, sofa, curtains, towels, walls. There were roaches in the bathroom and also behind the curtain. The sink in the bathroom. It was clogged. We were received with a trash can in front of our room door full of trash and also all Around the floor. My advice don’t go regardless the review that giving them 4 or 5. They must be fake or from long time ago.

Worst hotel I EVER stayed in me and kids had to wait almost three hours to get on our room because the door lock was broke and they had no rooms left they tried to change us rooms after other people didn’t want there reservations because rooms where so nasty bugs and blood stains in both sweats they tried to switch us to booked for two nights and we ain’t get in room at 1:20am got to check in at 9:30pm and had to leave at 7am for event and my kids was scared to stay they said they would reimburse me and lied and said they gave me new room but they didn’t we went back and couldn’t get in room at 10am and had to wait again to get in so we left and checked out NASTY GROSS ROOMS PERIOD

This hotel should be kicked out of the business. It's really rubbish. The bedsheets that the previous tenant had stayed in were not changed. I booked two rooms. One room's air conditioner could not be turned off. It was freezing cold all night. One room's air conditioner could not be turned on to heat up. One bathroom had no water in the shower. The other bathroom had a leak on the top. You couldn't use the toilet without an umbrella. The cabinet doors in the room fell down when you touched them. It was too bad. We arrived late and checked in for at least an hour. We were too tired to bother and had to make do with one night's sleep. You really can't stay at this hotel.
