We have stayed there many times. The staff is very friendly & helpful. This July 2023 when we stayed a week one of the gentleman that valets your vehicle was extremely rude to me. Other than that they are phenomenal. We stayed in the club lounge area this time. All of the ladies are top notch. Antoinette Peterson was just phenomenal!!! She is a lady anyone would want to be on their team! She’s professional, friendly & an asset to this hotel. I plan on staying in the club lounge area every time we stay there.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week while my husband had open heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. It gave us the space we needed and a kitchette with a dorm size refrigerator and small microwave and sink. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of drawer space and even a safe. They provide two tvs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom., offering over 100 channels. In the bathroom there was a digital scale (needed batteries) and a lighted makeup mirror but neither worked. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap were available in dispensers. The slippery tub slopes down and the shower head fell off several times, not the safest. There were no plates nor silverware provided, so we walked about a mile down the road to Aldi's to buy some paper plates and food after spending $150 for 2 entrees and a couple glasses of wine in their expensive restaurant. Breakfast is not included either, but none of the hotels on campus offer free breakfast. It's not the safest area as there are many panhandlers on the streets, but the hospital offers a shuttle to on campus facilities. They do not have an airport shuttle but an uber costs $25-40. Maria from Poland was a very efficient and thorough housekeeper. Our room was cleaned every day except Saturday. The gym offers elliptical machine, treadmills, free weights and a weightlifting machine, a scale, a water bubbler and a bathroom. They have valet parking, but we didn't use it. The front desk staff were helpful and held our luggage for us for an hour or so after we checked out and before my husband was discharged. I would stay here again for a long stay with family, simply for the convenience of being in a block away from the hospital and having the additional space with a small kitchette.
