Thought of where 'romantic' to stay on way to Boynton Beach was troubling after considering a minimum of $325 (?!) for motels in-transit whose reviews both here and on Booking.com were GRIM. Martha, at check-in, assured us she could match best ($176) rate we found on-line and was sweet & personable when consulted abt where to eat. Room was quiet, spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Breakfast included enough choice, and Jean(?) the woman who attended the room and it's cleanliness was the best one-woman staff ANY hotel could ask for!!! We were able to enjoy our romantic respite from an 8 hour road-trip by staying here and will remember Clewiston favorably in the future because of HI-Express.
