Ulasan Mondo Hotel

The staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly, polite, all around good people. It was a shame about the condition of the room and the very poor internet, but other than that, I could have asked to meet nicer people.

Very comfortable room/bed, perfect for a 2 night stay,could not fault the room at all

We were in Coatbridge for a family celebration . Our stay in Mondo was so enjoyable The staff are  excellent and went the extra mile to ensure we had a carefree visit. The breakfast staff added to the enjoyment nothing was too much trouble for them and the breakfast was delicious. We liked that the menu was so varied and the cost was very reasonable Thank you all so much We’ll be back.

The reception was friendly and helpful, room was clean, very spacious, comfortable and all the necessities were given. Lovely kettle for a cup of tea in my room. I enjoyed my weekend there very much.

The room didn't have a toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor; I had to take a taxi to the supermarket to buy them myself. The hotel restaurant was also closed, so paying for breakfast wasn't an option. There were no breakfast shops nearby; it would take a 15-minute taxi ride to get breakfast. After discussing with Ctrip, they provided a solution. The platform remained responsible as always. Thank you to Xiaotao, the complaints manager, for her patient communication and efficiency.
